devs please fix, sometimes i get an error when i click "find match" and then after the error i get this page, the wait time has kept going up and now its 4hrs! anyone else with the same issue?
Made a little site for daily football games (footyiq.games). There's a World Cup edition running at the minute, each day it drops a mystery player from one of the nations and you guess who from a blurred photo.
Today's one had a short spell at Upton Park back in the day, after making his name as a proper star abroad. Reckon a few of you will remember him, won't say more than that.
You can play the older days too if you make an account, and it gives you a "Footy IQ" score depending on how quick you get it. Still building it out, so any feedback would be greart.

The quicker you nail it (and the fewer hints you use), the higher your Footy IQ score for the day, so there's a bit of bragging rights on the line too.
Today's one is a proper deep cut for this sub, a now-retired Brazil-born American midfielder who once went to a World Cup, had a cup of coffee in the Premier League back in the day, and was part of the original Black & Gold class of 2018. No more spoilers from me, but I reckon the OG supporters who were there from day one will figure this one out. And if you sign up you can play all the previous days too, your Footy IQ builds up over time, so there's a proper back catalogue to dig through. There's a few other daily games on there too. Full disclosure: I built this, so mods please bin it if it's not allowed. Season's done, no FPL until August, and the World Cup's the only thing keeping us going. So I've been building FootyIQ (footyiq.games), a little site packed with daily football games to scratch the footy itch through the off-season.
The main one is Forgotten Footballer, where each day there's a mystery player and you guess who it is from hints (clubs, nationality, era and that) plus a blurred photo.
There's a few other daily games on there too, including a World Cup one to go with the tournament. Takes a couple of minutes. Would genuinely love feedback since you know your players better than most!
