Got Pico 4 few days ago and I have 2 questions

Got my Pico 4 and I am discovering the VR world. I got a decent PC to play some games and a sim rig to play Sim Racing ges (main reason I got the VR, cheaper and less invasive than a 3 screen setup), and this led to the first question:

1: How to play sim games like Assetto Corsa or AC Evo with VR? I got Virtual Desktop (which will be part of the second question) and Pico Connect. I can easily enter the Steam VR "Room" and perfectly play Half Life Alix, but if I try to open AC or other games compatible with VR, the games go to my pc screen and all I can see in the VR is a notification of the game running. What do I need to do in this case?

2: as previously mentioned I got Virtual desktop and all I can read are positive reviews. But if that's so, is it normal the whole experience is very pixeled? And I mean, big pixel, looks almost like Minecraft. This starts from the moment I run Virtually Desktop through the whole experience, while with Pico Connect I can see everything clear and smooth. Do you know why this happens? Is it because I am connected with the cable instead of Wi-fi?

Panzanella. Poor Tuscany food won't get any simple than this

Tuscan poor food is what brings us some of the best dishes in our tradition. Panzanella is by far one of the most simple to make: stale tuscan bread soaked in water and squeezed, tomatoes, onion and basil. Should also have cucumber but is not my favourite. All seasoned with EVO, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Light, fresh, delicious and quick to make. A MUST in our culture and a joy in this warm summer

GT2 memories, and I am 12yo again

Found this at the supermarket and I HAD to take it. As soon as I saw it I was thrown back at my childhood, when mama bought me the PS1 and the double disk of Gran Turismo 2. I swear, that wasn't a tear, I had an Espace F1 in my eye 🥹

Battered Zucchini Flower

The neighbour came complaining that he had too many zucchini flowers and didn't know what to do with it. Brought us some freshly harvested and grandma did them in tempura with beer, egg, flour and polenta flour for extra crunch. Personally this is the best possible way to eat them.

Internet in zona rurale senza cavi

Funziona bene Starlink? È stabile e affidabile?

Battered Sage

Sounds ridiculous but it tastes just incredible. Pretend you're eating a chips but it tastes sage. Super crunchy and flavourful. You won't understand until you try, and trust me, you really should

Focaccia bread with Prosciutto and Pecorino

I have been 15 years out of Italy working and making my own life memorable. Best way to celebrate my comeback home? Focaccia bread with Tuscan Prosciutto, fresh Pecorino cheese and non-filtered Ichnusa beer. The simplicity of great products make it unbeatable with only two fillings

Cheers people 😎

"Crostata di frutta secca" but for you all, this should be "Mixed Nut Tart with Apricot Glaze"

Homemade shortcut pastry (200g flour, 90g sugar, 100g butter, 1 egg, lime zest), toasted mixed nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and cashews) and apricot jam (part of it warmed up with splash of water, and then used to mix the nuts for shines and keep it firm). Simplicity at its very best 😎
