I put a picture of him on another post of mine with my new pup and people were saying some different breeds so i thought i would ask on a new post! We got him around 4 years ago when he was 11 months old. The shelter said mastiff mix but as he’s gotten older i dont really see it. He’s now 5 and weighs 90 pounds. (Vet says he’s healthy and not overweight)
We got rocky from a shelter and he was 6 pounds, When he was born he was under 1 and was about four two weeks before we got him. His whole litter had worms so they were all pretty small. We got him the day before he turned 8 weeks and now he’s 12 weeks, he weighs 9 pounds which i think is still pretty small but still. When we got him he had small paws but now they look somewhat big? Anyways we think some healer mix, definitely hearing dog.
Ps. with the brinde dog, we have no idea what breed he is however he’s 90 pounds and is definitely not small! Also these photos are a couple days old and he’s definitely grown since then including his paws
my fish have ich, i’ve been treating them with ich attack. However today i noticed all of my fish are starting to swim on their sides or struggle to swim. I’ve hospitalized two fish where ive noticed it the most as well as the fish that somehow got its fin cut off. I have no idea what to do because my whole school is affected. I tested the water levels yesterday and the ph was 7.6, the ammonia was 0 as was the nitrite. The nitrate was 5. i genuinely have no idea why they declined so fast! I need some help please!
i’ve had these plants for a while and noticed a week ago that the one on the driftwood had something growing on it. It seems like it’s spreading now which is very worrisome.
I just got new fish, neocardina shrimp, and snails yesterday. Then today when i went to see if i needed to alter my cleaning schedule i noticed these little white things swimming around. I have absolutely no idea what they are and i’ve never seen them before.
I got a few black neon tertras a week or so ago and one of them all of a sudden just swelled up in its stomach. While
bringing them into the tank i treated them for parasites so i don’t believe its that but it totally could be. There’s neon tertras in the tank with them along with plecos, shrimp, and snails.
i just picked up some mystery snails from my local fish store and noticed two of their shells are in a bit of bad shape. Is there anything i should do to make sure it doesn’t progress?
I added api general care in my 40 gal because my tertras have wasting disease. Now my shrimp are going crazy, they are swimming around the tank, doing flips, going to the top, and darting around. Am i accidentally killing them?
I have a rabbit snail that has scraping from my rocks in my current tank. I was thinking about removing the rocks however the large rock which causes the major issue is my plecos favorite hiding spot. I’m trying to find a way to help my snail while keeping my fish happy so i was wondering what the minimum tanks would be for them since they are a bit larger. I understand their snails but i also feel bad if it’s unhappy in a small tank.
I’ve decided i’m going to create a beta tank and i want to make sure i do it right. Is there specific plants betas like a lot or that are just good for scaping? What lights should i have for the tank and what tank size, also what type of substrate do betas like idk if they would prevel gravel or sand. How much enrichment would my beta need? Any advice welcome! Thank you 🫰
My rabbit snail is losing its color and i’ve noticed the bottom of its shell breaking. I don’t jnow what to do, is there foods i need to feed it to help? Also the tank is dirty because i was cleaning it

I have a rubber lip and a clown pleco in a 40 gallon. My question is do i need to upgrade the tank for them? i have 11 other fish in the tank however they are tetras so they aren’t very big, are they okay to stay in my 40 gal??
Is it possible to have endlers and guppies without an overpopulation issue? I want to be able to keep them however i’m worried that my tank will be overcrowded very quickly.
My tertras have been skinny for a while and i’ve been trying to get their weight up because
i thought maybe i was under feeding them however it’s been months and they’ve stayed the same, if anything look thinner and longer. I just bought new black neon tertras a couple days ago before i looked into wasting disease. How do i treat it and do i worry about the new tertras getting it? How did mine get it in the first place? i’m very lost, ive never had a fish need extra help like this!
I have a group of neon tertras and black neon tertras, i also have two amano shrimp and about 10 wild neocardino shrimp. I have a rabbit snail and just purchased 3 nerite snails. i have two plecos as well. I have no idea what to feed any of them. I’ve been feeding my tetras the hikari micro pellets and they seem to like it. Occasionally i will give my pleco mini algae wafers but they never seem to eat them. I’ve noticed my shrimp struggling to molt in the last couple days and that is very worrisome to me, is there a specific food i can give them for more calcium? I used to have mystery snails but they all started dying even when my water conditions were perfect, it makes me wonder if i was accidentally starving them. I also need to know how often i should be feeding my tertras because my black neon tertras circle the top of the tank looking for food and it has nothing to do with my water conditions because they are good.
