Anyone remember Kanomwan? It was a Thai place off of telephone road near UH? It closed a few years ago.

I’ve been trying to find the recipe for Gai Pad Prig Phao. It is described** **a popular stir-fried chicken dish tossed in a savory and sweet Thai chili paste. I’ve shown the name and pictures to Thai people that I know but no one can give me a recipe for something similar.

Anyone know the recipe or somewhere in town I can get it?

About to redo my Dreamborn collection a third time because my son has totally messed up the card organization (keep finding stacks of cards in his room that I don’t remember).

I finally figured out how to use the auto scanner with the Dreamborn companion app or whatever it is called. But I can’t get the camera setup right. My son printed a stand to help but it sucks and can’t read 60% of the cards without me messing with it so eliminating the auto scanner.

Anyone got a recommendation for a stand or way to setup to scan them? We have to be approaching 2500 cards at this point

My wife and I have four kids and had an 22 year old au pair from Colombia when our youngest were born. We need another one to help with transportation to and from school and activities. The options at our current agency are very limited with only 25 options coming up. A ton of them are 18-20 which is very young. Like our oldest is 11 so it feels like we would be having another kid with teenage drama.

Anyone have experience with younger au pairs? We are definitely open to it but don’t know if it will make things worse

Anyone currently or recently have an au pair? We did a few years ago and it seems like we might need one to help handle mornings and afternoons. My wife and I both work full time and our four kids need to get to school and then afterschool activities. We thought we could manage but the new MISD bus routes are horrible and they don’t drop off in our neighborhood anymore (school of choice).

In the past we had one from Colombia and she would tell us how European au pairs hated midland. The Colombians didn’t mind it.

His toy deck is Amber/Emerald so I need to source a Ruby and something else Jack Jack deck. I tried a few combinations but keep losing against bots on duels.ink. Hopefully y’all can help me build a decent deck. There’s a local tournament later this month that id like to enter with my son but my decks are not great.

The lorcana market is going insane right now. Trying to get my hands on some cards for my son but everything is sold out within a 250 mile range.

Are they worth getting to try pulling some iconic or enchanteds?

What is the best way of doing it? Starting at card 1 and having a regular and foil of each. Then all the special illustrations and then puzzle?

So far my son has bought a few booster packs, two booster boxes and a trove.

The solo packs were meh with a rare or two cards from all his packs. I think he bought 4.

He got some decent pulls in the trove. I think a few super rare and one or two legendaries.

The first booster box he got was when we were on the cruise and it was epic. He got a ton of epics, legendaries and enchanted/iconic (even buzz but sadly he traded it). He was stoked and I guess assumed they were all like that.

He has been working his ass off at my in-laws cabin to buy another box. My mother in law drove him almost 4 hours round trip to buy a box (their cabin is in BFE in Colorado). He only had 3 epics. I was pretty surprised when he called me balling on the phone. Tried explaining to him it’s all a gamble and his first box was great.

Are there any stats out there about the pull rates for booster boxes? And does Disney put the best boxes on the cruise? lol

Edit: I want to make Lorcana be a hobby I can do with my son. I honestly don’t care about the prices. He’s concerned about that for some reason.
