How do I optimize the tool filters to find good leads?

Hi, everyone!

For a while now, I’ve been prospecting leads through cold emails.

I’m going to start doing it with cold calls because I want to experience getting 99 “NO”s and 1 “YES”—hahaha (as well as improve my sales).

I’ve noticed that lead generation tools for finding phone numbers are way too expensive, so I don’t want to waste money by setting the filters incorrectly.

I’m not an expert on these tools, far from it.

I’d like to ask for advice on which filters I absolutely must set in these tools to ensure I get the best possible results.

Any help on this topic is welcome—thanks!

Strategy for attract Customers

Hi, everyone!

For a while now, I’ve been sending cold emails to reach out to new potential clients.

I have a very good response rate of 12%.

I’m a copywriter, but the problem is that to achieve such a high rate, I used to write 10 fully personalized messages for each lead. That’s why I got such great responses.

Now I’m going to try to automate things a bit to reach more people, even if I lose some of that detailed personalization.

I’d like to create a prospecting strategy that includes:

- LinkedIn DMs
- Cold emails
- Cold calls

I’m not quite sure how to structure the strategy.

Should I first send a connection request > make a cold call > and if they don’t answer, add them to an email sequence?

I have some doubts and would like to hear outside opinions that can help me create this strategy.

How can I find B2B companies that invest in ads?

Hi, everyone!

I’m reaching out to see if you can help me find a solution to my problem.

I offer a service that helps companies investing in ads improve their sales funnel.

I’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out how to automatically and quickly scrape leads to contact.

These leads must have active ads on platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn in order for me to prospect them.

I’ve noticed that there are tools like Apollo that have a filter to check if they have the pixel installed.

I’ve found that many companies have it enabled but aren’t currently investing in ads, so that pixel is from a while ago.

I’m trying to figure out another way to extract B2B companies that invest in ads, but I can’t think of any other way.

I’ve tried Apify but haven’t found anything worthwhile.

Can you think of any other way—as long as it doesn’t involve doing it manually, one by one?

Is there a way to analyze a funnel using AI?

Hi!

I run a business where I analyze and optimize funnels for B2B companies.

I'd like to know if there's a way to automate this so that an AI can handle the analysis. I haven't found anything that does a good job.

That way, I could be much more productive, and analyzing potential clients would take me much less time.

Do you know of any way to do this?

What server do you use to send outgoing emails?

Hi!

When I first started with cold emailing, I was sending emails from my server—Banahosting—where I host all my accounts.

Over time, I realized that Banahosting had blacklisted all my accounts.

I signed up for “Mailersend” to use their server as my outgoing server and improve deliverability.

It worked, and I solved the problem.

Now I’m looking into alternatives because I’ve found that Mailersend is “expensive” for the limited use I’m getting out of it.

I’ve come across “SMTP2GO.”

I’ve never heard of it and don’t know how well it works.

Do you have any experience with this tool? Would you recommend using “SMTP2GO” to send outgoing emails to my prospects?

P.S. I use Instantly to send emails

When should you contact the CEO or the head of marketing?

Hi!

I’ve been sending cold emails for a while now, and honestly, I’ve been getting a good response rate.

But I’ve always had the same question.

When should I reach out to a company’s CEO, and when should I reach out to a marketing employee (since I offer marketing services)?

I know it’s always best to contact the decision-maker, but in companies with many employees, the CEO might never respond.

So the question is, how many employees should a company have before I should look for another contact if the CEO doesn’t respond? More than 50? Fewer?

GHL and active campaign

I have a VSL on Go High Level. Is there a way to set it up so that when people sign up for the VSL, their email address is automatically added to ActiveCampaign?

Creative ways to present quotes

Hi everyone!

I’ve been thinking for the past few days about a new way to present my services.

Until now, I’ve usually done it with PowerPoint presentations, where I get on a call with clients and walk them through the service in detail. Or I send them text documents where I also explain everything in detail.

But I guess companies are probably tired of receiving these kinds of proposals.

I’m trying to come up with a way to stand out from almost everyone who uses presentations or text documents, but I’m struggling to find a good idea.

One idea I had was to buy a domain and create a website where I could present the proposal there, but I’m not sure how to approach it.

So that’s why I’m posting this.

Do you know or use any original/creative way to present proposals?

And if not, have you ever seen someone do it in a different way? How did they do it?

I’ll read you in the comments!

P.S. The service I offer is funnel creation for B2B companies that invest in ads but have a poorly structured funnel.
