Alicia & Santa Margarita road construction?

Has anyone driven on Santa Margarita pkwy from Melinda, passed Alicia & go over the bridge?

What an absolute nightmare it has been over the last 2 days. Traffic just backed up for miles in every direction.

How much longer is it supposed to go on for?

How’s your 13 128gb holding up in ‘26?

Mines up to date on IOS 26.5, however I do get glitches while watching videos (freezes up at times) & my battery drains extremely fast, if I’m on it for extended periods of time & I’d have to charge it multiple times, during the day.

I’d like to upgrade, but it’s very expensive to do so.

How’s everyone else holding up?

Del Taco on Main St.?

RIP!

I wonder why they decided to take it out?

I few years ago I stayed at the Marriott, across the street & walked over to this Del Taco. A very nice place & service.

Nowadays, it just sits as an empty building…..

Can someone explain this to me?

Why do apartment complexes put 2-3 bedroom units right next door to studio apartments?

I live alone & my neighbor must have 10 people living there. They open & slams their front door 20-30 days per/day. I’m literally going to loose my mind.

Why can’t single people living alone be cornered off to a separate end of a property?

All we want is peace & quiet.

2025 TREK FX + 1 step over e-bike

2025 TREK Dual-Sport + 2 e-bike

Both share time as commuter bikes & occasional rides on my days off.

For me, it’s simply the cost.

The 17p & pm are $1100+ upgrades

I’ve learned if I want to upgrade to not wait 4-5yrs in-between purchases.

My phones battery drains like crazy & I’m no longer happy with a 6.1” screen.

How about you all?

Will this be the most viewed outdoor race ever?

I honestly think it will be…

I’m telling you right now, if Haiden goes 1/1 there’s going to be a lot to think about for Jett, Hunter & Eli.

Jett had a very serious injury & I personally don’t think he’ll be the same this season.

Thoughts?

Well, I took my e-bike over there today & it’s now ‘Andalucia’ a new gated community still under construction.

Well, it’s certainly a nice area, but my goodness, the houses are very close together.

Anyways, here are some pictures of the development & me give your thoughts? Anyone thinking of buying one? Some of the back lots look very private & peaceful, but up to the hillside, in the back.

Damn! No longer in service!

RIP!

That OC to Vegas flight at 7am used to be so easy & convenient.

I paid almost $8/gallon, $100 for 13 gallons of diesel at the Mobil station at Alicia & Olympiad yesterday.

We are doomed over the next 10-15yrs if shit doesn’t come down. Between real estate prices, rent money, groceries & gas, I honestly have no idea how the average person is doing it.

If so, how do you like it overall?

I like mine, but honestly don’t love it.

The throttle really bugs me because it’s constantly triggering itself on & off when it gets to 20mph. Instead of being able to just pin the throttle & stay at 20mph, it triggers on & off, so it’s just overall very annoying.

How do you feel about that?

Also, if there was a way for me to eliminate the throttle & just reprogram it to a Class 3, 28mph & no throttle, is that possible?

At this point, I’d rather have a pedal assist Class 3 vs. a Class 2 w/ a frustrating throttle that cuts power off if used too much.
