Hey I’m looking to get a water di-ionizer/Softener to have pure clean water to wash my cars and stuff. Get rid of hard water problems. Anyone got any recommendations ?

What does it mean if after washing my face and applying face moisturizer, after it dries I still have some flakey skin on my face? Do I need to reapply more moisturizer? Or need a different moisturizer for my face? I have acne prone skin.
