Well, not Sakura here, she has a normal-ass neck piece.
I seriously thought they were gonna fix it with the snow releases, but no, they were the same, except for skier Miku, but that's mostly a different figure, so I wouldn't count it.
What's the ONLY thing we see Terence do in this movie other than groan?
He drives a car to save Matilda and some other birds, and as they're boarding the vehicle, Matilda tells them to put on their seatbelts, as if she already knew that Terence drives like a maniac.
And we did see on the Pig arrival scene that Terence has an affinity for speed
Plus, in the flashback we can hear a car drifting after the sound of police sirens.
So that's it, the "incident" was speeding, followed by a police chase that resulted in a car crash, and chances are, that he trashed a bunch of stuff before coming to a halt.
Why was he speeding? He likes going fast, so much so that he won't even let the police get in the way of it.
See, with Miku 2.0, figma did this stupid thing where they put a shoulder joint as a neck, resulting in lots of Mikus having their neck snapped.
They must've caught wind of this, because with Snow Miku, which is essentially, the exact same figure, they put this warning along with the manual.
