hey guys, i’m new to crystals but i really wanted a nice piece of jewelry to wear (that’s also genuine crystals) that can help me out of my stagnant life, attract abundance, and protect me from negative energy. I’ve heard good things about garden quartz.
I just wanted to ask- does this look like real garden quartz? Website says that it is and they have legit good reviews but I just wanted to double check before i purchase.

i got my hidden helix pierced about a week and two days ago. So far (surprisingly) I’ve had no pain whatsoever, minus when i hit accidentally here and there.
But my question is- for the cleaning process (i use saline spray twice a day, dry, and use a handheld fan on it), do I have to make sure I get the curved bar area that’s under my ear flap completely dry with the paper towel? because i try to dry it with the paper towel but its so hidden and so under my ear fold, that it’s in a difficult area to fully get to dry with the paper towel alone. that’s why I use the handheld fan.
Do you guys think my aftercare is fine and I’m doing the right thing?

Hey guys, I really just need some advice here as I have not seen anyone in my same scenario and I feel so alone.
So my parents have been divorced since I was 7. Since then I have spent one weekend with my mom and then my dad would pick me up the next weekend, that’s been my life for pretty much more time than it hasn’t.
But now, i’m 22. And i wanna make clear- my parents are amazing. I have great relationships with them both. I love my dad and my mom and quite honestly they’re my only best friends I have right now. Well now, at my age, I find myself in the same schedule. My did still picks me up every other weekend and while sometimes I dread it simply bc of the hour long car drive, I also love spending time with him. He’s so fun and funny and I know one day I’ll miss those days.
I guess i’m just feeling stuck because i see people my age all the time going out with friends and partying meanwhile i’m packing a bag to spend the weekend at my dads. I do sometimes text him saying that I’ll be going out with friends so I won’t be coming over but he has mentioned to my brother that he enjoys my company so then I feel bad. I know when he asks me if i’m coming over it’s only because he’s lonely and he genuinely loves having me over. And when I’m there it doesn’t feel like how some people feel with hanging with their parents like it’s “uncool”, for me it’s not. My dad is super cool and we do things like thrifting, the beach, the movies, i know he tries to make my time there as special as possible.
I think what I’m looking for is maybe for someone, anyone, to tell me they’ve been in/ are currently in this same predicament? That this is normal and I should enjoy it? Because I have never seen anyone in this same issue and I feel like I’m the only one in the world at my age dealing with alternating weekends. I mean it is only three days every other weekend but idk I find myself still outgrowing this little routine. And I think it might be heart clashing with my reality- like I’m itching to move away, have friends, have a career and make money yet this is my reality so idk if it’s like my desires vs my reality just completely clashing making me feel suffocated a bit.
And I explain this to my mom but all i really get from her is “just go if you want and if you don’t, then don’t” but this is my dad, it’s really hard for me to say “i won’t be going” because then i’ll hardly see him as he’s moved further away.
Again, my parents are amazing people and i love them both so much. So maybe im overreacting to this and comparing my life too much to what I see on social media?
Please i’d love some responses and feedback. this has been eating at me for years.
Hey guys! I’m really tempted to buy a case for my paperwhite from Burga cases primarily due to the magnet so when I read, it magnet back instead of flopping open like my current one does. And also because I have yet to find a kindle case company that has as many cute cases as burga without the regular “Romantasy Lover” or “Hot Girls Read” cases lol- However 59.95 plus shipping is TOUGH😩 I was wondering (so I can see some designs too!) if those of you who have a Burga case on their Kindle can drop some pics?

hey everyone, i got a floating naval piercing about a month and three weeks ago (March 19th) and thankfully, it’s been feeling fine. No pain, no angry redness, honestly it feels like nothing is there which i think is good. I clean it twice a day with saline wound wash, morning and night, and i shower every night. However, the site around the piercing, the skin over the bar, as well as the holes are incredibly dry. They don’t cause me any discomfort but I just wanted to know- Is this normal? I haven’t seen many people talk about this or post pictures of this dryness.
I wanna mention for about a week I cut back to cleaning with saline only in the mornings and then my shower at night and that was it. However it did nothing and was just as dry so i went back to twice a day since it’s still early healing. I even tried spraying the spray then rinsing off with water after a few seconds since maybe it was the salt but nope- still dry. Can someone just reassure me that this is normal so I don’t freak myself out lol
I tried to post photos but it’s not working. And also i’m just scared of the “It’s rejecting, take it out.” people lol i’m sorry I have terrible anxiety!

Hey everyone, I have these dark spots/ sun spots on my face that don’t covered with color corrector and foundation. I’ve seen celebs with a bunch of these without makeup and their makeup artists completely cover it to the point where you don’t see it at all. Does anyone know of good ways or products that cover them completely?
I’ve tried :
peach corrector —-> foundation but it doesn’t work.
i’ve then added concealer after the corrector but it still shows through.
I would appreciate any advice, makeup tips, or brands that you guys may use that can help me. Thank you so much!!!
I got my floating naval piercing about 6 weeks ago (March 19th) i think it may be time to downsize my bar but honestly idk why im so nervous to get it downsized. Will it hurt at all?
I’ve been in no pain or discomfort but lately if i bend a certain it feels like a slightly bruise. About a week ago, I pushed it down super gently in the shower and at first, it hurt a little like it was stuck but as it warmed up it slid down fine. So i’m scared at the shop it’ll hurt.
Idk i over think a lot so can anyone tell me if when I go to switch the bar it’ll hurt or anything?
