ELI5 how can I pollinate a rose flower? Where is the pollen?

I have five of them. Photo 4 is the oldest, then comes photo 1, 5,
2 and then 3... Have no patience!!!
Rescued in February from a horrible store, she survived dehydration, but her "sister" had hidden crown rot... She is growing a new branch. I cut above the node AFTER the branch appeared. The strings are meant to hold the stem upwards and prevent it from growing parallel to the ground, because one of my orchids already did that and my sister broke off one of the petals of a flower. I move the clipper 2 mm a day to prevent the stem from breaking and change its position slowly. I'll make another post in a few weeks when it flowers!
