genuinely what the fuck is going on with instagram 😭 i’ve blocked an insane number of these accounts in the past hour alone and they just KEEP showing up. block one, another one appears. like how many fucking accounts am i supposed to block??

and before someone says “it’s based on your search history” no it fucking isn’t. i don’t watch this shit, i’ve never searched for anything like this, and my feed is literally ALWAYS beaches, sunflowers, cats, outfits, inspo and random pretty shit. that’s genuinely my entire feed.

so why the fuck am i suddenly being bombarded with NSFW/OF accounts when i’ve given instagram absolutely zero indication that i want to see that?? 😭 i just wanna scroll without having to block a new account every 30 seconds.

lowkey need an alternate reality where Kate actually pursues education in some capacity even after marrying Anthony and becoming Viscountess Bridgerton.
because I LOVE that Penelope has Lady Whistledown, something that’s hers, something she built and controls outside of being Colin’s wife. I want that same thing for Kate SO badly.

Kate has such a strong mind and such a strong sense of self, I genuinely can’t imagine her being content with just being Viscountess Bridgerton. I want her to have her own work, her own interests, her own little corner of the world that has nothing to do with Anthony.

And education actually feels so fitting for her?? Kate is educated, observant, firm when she needs to be, and she genuinely cares about children. I could see her taking charge of the Bridgerton children’s education, tutoring them herself, getting involved in girls’ education or even starting some kind of educational initiative of her own. She’d have the position and connections as Viscountess to actually make something like that happen.

Like imagine Kate being Viscountess Bridgerton AND having her own educational work on the side. Anthony running his estate while Kate is out here teaching girls Latin, manners and how not to marry an idiot. 💁🏻‍♀️

I just need Kate to have something that feels like HERS. Let Anthony be Viscount Bridgerton, let Penelope have Lady Whistledown, and let Kate go do something with that ridiculously intelligent brain of hers.

edit - apparently I need to clarify that I meant Kate pursuing education/teaching in some capacity, not literally taking a live-in governess position 😭 the governess part was historically very much NOT happening for a married Viscountess. i emailed fae basically ranting about how they NEED to fix the packaging because wtf 😭 i was lowkey pissed ngl.
they replied, apologised, and a few days later sent me a glaws trio.
their products are still hit or miss for me, and the packaging is still… yeah 😭 but i’ll give them this one 🤚🏻

I’m exhausted with how aggressive the photo processing is on newer iPhones.

I switched from an iPhone 13 to a 17 Pro and my old phone never did this. I took the first photo, and then about 5 minutes later I took the second one. the unprocessed version looks so much better/natural, so close to how it actually looked irl while the final one ends up looking overly edited/artificial.

Is there any way to reduce this or turn it off?

edit - y’all the first image shows the photo before processing, and the second image shows how it looked after processing. the time difference between the two captures is approximately 5 minutes. I’ve also posted pics which i took after 10 secs or so in the comments.

people are being sarcastic about “landscape vs portrait” like i haven’t already explained everything in the comments.

i’ve already mentioned the time gap, exif data, and that night mode was turned off. i can’t keep explaining myself over and over just to sound more “credible” to people who’ve already decided not to listen.

just to be clear, i’ve already addressed it multiple times, and that’s not the point i was making in the first place. i’m talking about how the iphone processes photos after they’re taken, not orientation confusion.
i’m honestly tired of repeating myself at this point.

i came here looking for genuine help and a genuine explanation about the photo processing difference, not to argue or defend my credibility.
