Is it weird that i felt ashamed going into a strip club for the first time?

I just turned 18 in may and just went tonight to the strip club with a homie, see im a very innocent dude like i’ve kissed one girl in my life, so i don’t even know what to expect, but i get a couple lap dances, and i just feel very awkward because i felt like it was weird to yk… stare at naked women with my guy friend, like it was a very strange experience, but the women were nice as hell and hospitable towards me (i know what they want from me don’t worry). But anyway it was a very strange experience like i said before… but it genuinely made me change my view on the average woman who don’t use sexual flare and their bodies to their personal advantage, i don’t know it just freaked me out mentally.

Edit: i didn’t mean to come across as i HATED the women for what they do, i don’t hate any human being at all, like people said in the comments it’s their life, but i went to a strip club last night and i just felt bad for the women and just ashamed i was even in there, i in no way hate the women, i hate the line of work and the way that business manipulates women to do morally grey things in life. I love women, i love all people equally, but sex work is one of the things i do not like at all.

What exactly is Slow Chemical about?

So I got bored and was listening to slow chemical, and then i looked at the lyrics and kind of started wondering what the song is based on, could it be the infamous Katie Vick storyline? Because when the song opens up, the first lyrics are:

“The wonder of the world is gone, I know for sure
All the wonder that I want, I found in her
As the whole becomes a part I strike to burn
And no flame returns.”

Could this be about his descent into madness after the Katie Vick incident? Could the Katie Vick incident be what caused him to become a bigger monster than ever before?

AIO [talking] am i overreacting to be this upset about a talking stage who i’ve been talking to for a month?

So i just wanna get it out of the way immediately that i usually don’t entertain women who want to pursue me, (mostly because mostly every woman i liked in HS ended up playing me as a joke) so when i mean this girl felt different SHE FELT DIFFERENT. She seems like the most caring but carefree person ive ever met and she just made the whole room light up when she was in it. So about when we started talking she said she wanted to take it slow, which i said i wanted to do too since ive never really been in this type of situation. things progress, i go to visit her at her job a few times, call her when she gets home from a long day, you know, the usual type of things. Anyways the last few days she doesn’t wanna call, which ive been thinking was weird but i was like “okay don’t worry i get you had a long day, get some rest.” And that was the end of those conversations, anyway that happened tonight but i asked if we were still on for sunday, (we had a mall date). And then she texts me saying “I um, I’m sorry I can’t do this anymore . Like I know this is such a bitch thing to do but I just can’t bring myself to talk to a guy or anyone. I’m too avoidant and I need to figure my shit out. You deserve better I’m really sorry.” So i text her back being understanding because i acknowledge she wanted to keep things friendly, so i said “I understand don’t worry [her name], like ive said before i don’t mind being friends. You’re an amazing person and deserve the time to discover yourself as a person. I hope you find true happiness.” And as im awaiting her response i see that she unadded me on everything. Like i know i shouldn’t get attached but it just hurts when i genuinely thought she was different.

Wait so Seth is a face and Becky’s a heel right?

I know seth just came back a few months ago at EC but how does the relationship dynamic work in story if they’re on opposite sides of a coin?

Like The Cure is obviously one of the most influential bands when we’re talking about things like 90s gothic/alternative/industrial rock, so where do you rank them?

It originates from an account on tiktok and it was an analog horror thing that was i think a womans distorted face and the speech was an eerie tone that was obviously text to speech. But it was around the lines of talking about a little “you didnt deserve to die this young, they should have protected you” i think they also mention the age which was 12-14. I would really appreciate the help because I’m SO lost on remembering it and its story origin, its been itching me so long to remember where i saw it exactly. It mightve also mentioned something about R*pe.
