Time to pick up new ltcf from courthouse.

Have my appointment to pick up ltcf scheduled but have a work meeting right after that I can't miss. Don't want to reschedule as next date is like two weeks out. How long does it take to get in and out with a new license. First time ltcf if it matters.

Garbage disposal straight leaking

Seen a drip here or there but this is new. Anything to help or just needs replaced?

Post edit: thanks all. Landlord special and like to avoid him at all cost but he will be replacing this. I have also moved the wire a bit but it is also leaking from where the electrical cord enters the unit. I cant get to the power source as the cable goes behind the cabinet. Any way to cut the power source from the unit itself?

Feeling okay but want to get some more insight - 35M

Base Pay : $126,250 with 13% yearly bonus

Contribution: 12% base + 6% bonus ( Employer contr 75% up to 6%) all traditional

Current Balance: 215,000 401K + 37,650 in Pension

Lifestyle: Engaged - no kids/ no plans for any. Fiancé is one year from fully vested in 403b account but there is not much in there yet. Trying to buy a house in the next 10-14 months so have been hesitant to increase contributions while trying to build a down payment

Tried to submit a warranty for this hm3x magnifier I had for one week/one range session. Got the following response:

Suppression suggestions?

First gun I've shot or owned. Put about 500 rounds through it and love it so far. Interested in applying a direct thread suppressor but a but concerned about back pressure. Any suggestions on something in the sub $800 region that wont require further parts modifications. Zion 12.5
