Which Jojoba oil is best for low porosity hair? IN BUDGET!!?

So I’ve been heavily relying on coconut oil and occasionally mustard oil for my hair care routines, but I recently found out that because I have low porosity hair, these heavier oils just sit on top of the strand and cause major buildup instead of actually moisturizing.

After doing some research, lightweight oils like jojoba oil keep popping up as a much better alternative since it mimics natural scalp sebum and penetrates tightly closed cuticles far more easily. I’ve decided to make the switch, but I'm on a strict budget and don't want to spend a fortune.

Has anyone tried and tested any of these budget jojoba oil brands available on Amazon?

DC lounge is so overrated.

I honestly cannot understand the hype around DC Lounge. The prices are completely unjustified for the service they give. I’ve literally gotten way better salon services for better prices in metro cities.

Anyone else feel this way? Where do you guys actually go?.

Question for people who've stayed at Zostel Shillong

I had a great time at Zostel Shillong overall. I made some amazing memories and met some really wonderful people there, so this isn't a complaint about the hostel at all.

That said, did anyone else feel something a little eerie about the place. Especially the room near the reception? I'm not necessarily talking about anything paranormal...... it just had a strange, unsettling vibe that I can't quite explain.

Why do ghosts seem to terrorize innocent people?

If spirits are real, shouldn't they be targeting the people who actually deserve it? Do you think murderers ever feel genuine supernatural fear right after a crime, or are they too narcissistic and focused on avoiding the police? Why do you think the "innocent victim" trope is so common in hauntings, while the actual bad guys get a free pass from the paranormal?

Why do ghosts only seem to terrorize innocent people? Don't murderers worry about their victims' spirits hunting them down?

Pisces, Is anyone else dealing with extreme exhaustion right now?

Honestly, is any other Pisces feeling like they just crashed out of nowhere?

I started this month feeling super motivated. I had a plan to clear my study backlogs and was actually making progress. Then suddenly... it's like someone pulled the plug. I'm not just mentally exhausted, it's physical too. My hands have been aching, my legs feel weirdly heavy and sore, and the brain fog is insane. I sit down to study and it feels like my body just isn't cooperating. Because of that, I'm moving at a snail's pace and instead of clearing my backlogs, they're just piling up even more. It is stressing me out because I have so much to do and i am not able to give my full focus and put in my 100% efforts.

I know people keep saying Saturn in Pisces is about discipline and hard work but how are we supposed to do that when we feel this drained? Has anyone else gone through this kind of slump and actually managed to get out of it? What genuinely helped? I would love to hear anything that worked for you. I need some real, practical solutions because the usual "just get some sleep" isn't cutting it anymore. Thank you!

How's the life of an AAO in CAG look like? Is it as crazy as private corporate audit firms?

How is the work culture, workload, audit tours, and work life balance of an AAO in CAG?

Also, how does career growth compare with the private sector, where qualifications like CA, ACCA, CPA.... (and what not) often matter for promotions? Is growth in CAG largely seniority based or do professional qualifications make a significant difference?

Is it important to memorize all Articles in Polity?

I'm preparing for SSC CGL and trying to understand how deeply I need to study Polity. Do people actually memorize all the Articles, or only the important ones?

Also, can someone briefly break down the most important topics in Polity and how much time it generally takes to prepare this subject from scratch?

What has your experience been at Millennium India? The internet has very little information

People who have worked at Millennium Management India (especially in Finance, Operations, Expense Management, Fund Operations, Corporate Finance, or similar support functions), what has your experience been like?

I have an interview coming up and I'm trying to get a realistic understanding of the company.

Some things I'm curious about:

  • Typical work hours
  • Work-life balance
  • Culture and management style
  • Compensation compared to Big 4 firms
  • Career growth opportunities
  • Whether the work is repetitive or offers good learning
  • Expectations around certifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA, etc.)
  • Attrition levels within teams

I tried reaching out to a few employees on LinkedIn, but most responses were very generic, so I'm hoping to hear candid experiences from current or former employees.

Not looking for confidential information. I am just trying to understand what day-to-day life is actually like and whether it's a good long-term place to build a career.

Any insights would be appreciated.
