I didn’t expect to feel so emotionally drained by a retail job. The thing is it’s not even that hard, I’m just so unhappy, my co workers make it bearable but I don’t know what to do. I’m new still and will feel like a failure quitting so soon, but I’m truly so unhappy and looking elsewhere already.

I use to think walking pads were not that great, but I’ve got one back in the winter and I actually used it everyday since now, and I’ve lost 5 pounds! Of course I think the main reason for that was the calorie deficit I’m in, but I also think walking really is great.

Could mean nothing but my ocd ofcourse started making my head spin making any possible theory why he kept looking at me like that.
It’s been 2 weeks since I got my new nose piercing, and today I was smooching my face to my cat’s face lol and I accidently felt like I pushed in my piercing more.
I stupidly forgot about it, I immediately went to go clean it with saline water, but now it feels tender again :( should I worry?

Is it normal to have a bit of crusty blood inside nostril? The outside is clean and barely bled, I’ve been cleaning it with saline, and also cleaning inside nostril but it’s kind of hard getting in there and deep cleaning it.
Squeezed my nose without thinking completely forgetting about my 2 day old new piercing & now I’m worried I irritated it. I cleaned it right away with saline. I’ve been reading that q tips aren’t the best so I switched to paper towels.
But I’m just freaking out :/

New doctor today was going through my medical history and all that stuff.
Then she saw my dog bites incident from work, and she was like “hmm yeah I saw that, I found it strange that you got bit at a doggy daycare”
Like?? Kind of made me feel why I got bit as if it were my fault?
I was attacked.
Maybe I read too much into it, I just don’t think it’s weird for someone who worked at a dog daycare getting bit or attacked.
I’m in my late 20s and I realize I feel like shit when I’m around family. They’re so negative towards me, nothing positive to say. Unfortunately money wise I can’t move far away from them.

I’m not liking my new therapist, I just don’t think she’s the right fit and I’m not sure how to let her know without sounding mean or ungrateful.
I don’t know if I should look for a new one and still see her until I find a new one
I’m seeing a new therapist, and she’s nice and all but I’m not sure if we click yet. It’s been a couple of sessions but I can’t help but feel like those recent appointments, it’s like she’s reading basic questions from a script or something. Like “how does that make you feel?” Etc.
I just hope I’m not wasting my time and have to find a new therapist, I just really need help.
