GW-6900U just arrived from Japan! Loving it so far but the strap is a bit too hard. Any ideas what I can do with it?

This is a model that is not very popular in this sub and it seems it has been discontinued. It's pretty large but I like how it fits my wrists and I love the tactical look of analog diver watches so it's a win for win. Will not replace my beloved MRW200 or my Duro but it will be on my rotation for sure.

Any love for the AE1000W? It's a great watch, with great looks, world time, long lasting battery, 5 alarms, 100m water resistance and very cheap! The light is pretty shitty though
