We’re having a big party and there will be a ton of people from different aspects of my life. They don’t know each other and may stay in clicky groups. What’s the best way to get them to start casual conversation? Some ideas I had were:

• Nametags
• Nametags on the back with historical figures and the wearer does not know who it is. People have to try to help them guess.
• Guess the jellybeans.
• Causal games like Corn hole
• A simple puzzle on the table

I just need some suggestions of tried and true things to help strangers mingle.

My husband asked me to get a fencing bag to put his swords and fencing mask and gloves and other gear. What should I be searching to find one of those and what is a good bag that you recommend?
