living in Shinjuku! I’m looking for friends around the area to hang out with and explore Tokyo on weekends. We can study together, talk about random/personal stuff, try different sports, or just socialize and meet other people. Honestly, I just want to keep expanding my social life.

I’m totally down to randomly meet people IRL, but I feel like it’d be less awkward if we did it together lol.
I’m especially into nature and beaches, so if we get along, we can eventually plan trips outside Tokyo too. I’m trying to build a little friend group 🫶

And if you own a car and need some friends to join your adventures, even better. We could make travel plans in the future like camping, road trips, exploring random places, etc etc

I want to do bouldering, swimming, hiking, etc etc. I just want to explore tokyo, expand hobbies, and meet lots and lots of people. and while im okay of doing it alone, its better if i could do it w someone else who wants to gain lots of experience too. Hello!! I just want some insights about this school. I’m planning to apply for the ISSE/CRPS program. I really like that their application fee is cheaper compared to other universities, so it’s easy for me to take the risk. But I wanna know my chances of getting accepted.

Is it hard to get into this university?

I’m from the Philippines and graduated from a science high school with 93/100 GPA. My english is kinda average.

i just can’t help but get distracted by my thoughts or overthink this shit bcs ugh i cant focus at all. so this guy, we’re in the same class and he started following me on insta like 3 mos ago. and then he would consistently like my stories that has my face in it like a selfie or with other people (this is when i started assuming 😭), otherwise he would like sometimes and sometimes not. we also often see each other in the library to study, at first he would sit anywhere but now he sits beside me everyday (not sure about this one tho coz he prolly just want that spot but he def knows that next to it is my usual spot). he’s prolly an extrovert but not much cause he’s like nonchalant sometimes but he pretty much casually talk with anybody BUT ME. i always feel the awkwardness between us, except when we’re chatting on insta. sometimes it’s awkward sometimes we’re talking like close friends.

the thing is i’ve been making it kinda obvious that i like him too. like staying with him in the library and often asking him or like intervening like ask to teach this or that on his desk. and i just realized im mostly always the one to initiate first (bcs i want him to confess 😭) sometimes he also takes time to reply on insta. and he’s not even making any efforts that would make me fall in love with him. he’s like nonchalant with me sometimes. that’s what makes me think that maybe he’s just being friendly with me and i’m prolly just romanticizing us. maybe im just so desperate for a bf rn 😔. he’s white and im south east asian, maybe he wants me to confess first bcs of ego or something IDDKKKK 😭

pls help. should i just forget about him bcs my friends says that if he really liked me he would tell me directly bcs it has been weeks already. and that hes just playing dumb and nonchalant so that im the one to chase him (which worked ig 😔) idk pls help me

what signs like how do u know if a guy likes u 😔

He’s my classmate and we both know we’re single and we would joke about it sometimes inside the class. But I feel like whenever it’s just the two of us it’s so awkward like he over shares with his seatmate but wouldn’t say anything with me. He’s like chalant with others but nonchalant with me.

As i was saying, he keeps liking like a my ig stories specifically my selfies or like a anything with just my face in it. He would like random stories of mine sometimes and sometimes not. We always study in the library and at first he would sit every but beside me now he always sit beside me. Idk if im assuming this part because he’s always get to be the one in the library first but he def knows that the seat next to him is my usual spot.

We also share reels to each other on ig sometimes but idk if he’s just busy cause he’s taking so much time before replying. But when we’re inside class I would see him scroll in his phone most of the time.

Should I ask him about it? I’m scared to ask because I want to stay friends and don't want to make things more awkward. But honestly, I’d want to date him if he actually likes me. This has been going on for about two weeks now.
