Well at the moment been busy on trying to see which of the job opportunities that I got offered recently (after months of finding a job 😭) is the best to take right now I took on 1 of them a part time for a business but higher position to gain more experience though here Im a 1 man team overwhelming since its my first time to take on leadership role, however last week at the same time I started my first day w the part time I got offered a full time role for a bigger established company and high salary offer Im just hesitant here as Im afraid they might have a chaotic operations but they’ll be giving me a senior designer for me to lean onto wholl be hired w me, but in both jobs I’ll be leading the marketing so I guess I also feel alot pressure on taking any of it - now Im not sure if I should leave the part time to pursue the full time I asked them a follow up questions regarding training/onboarding to see if it would be the right fit for me. Other than that situation I’m trying to reestablish my daily life and structure my routine in a way I can finally return to creating my art after many months of focused on job hunt cycles
Whats your take on the pulls? To me it seems like a news will be coming related to a beginning could it be the response to my questions to the other company? Like clarity which choice to make?

So kasi may nagsabay na dalawang job offer skn, pero nauna ko tanggapin ung isa na Part time AU client through a Recruiter agency so hndi direct to client I took it kasi they agreed with my Hourly rate and may potential to grow into full time so possible lumaki sweldo ko (6digits) pero syempre not sure after 3 months pa malalaman and magiging fulltime lang only for me to work on 2 businesses, since dlawa business nung client and willing to let me grow into my role (first time ko mag lead ng whole marketing system end to end) tho 1 man band ako dto. Overall ok naman set up fixed hours 7-11am so may time p ko sa isa ko pang part time na flexi. Di ko lng gusto dto sguro ung daily check in meetings, pero sguro dahil ksi launching plang tong business nya n isa. Overwhelming lang kasi ako tlga lahat pero worry ko dn dto is planning plng for pre launch test ung business w/c is educational courses and di rn sure ung owner if may demand ba or possible market dun s business nya. Kaya the way I see it unstable pdn and question p what if it doesnt work out? Sure ba na magmemerge role ko sa law firm nya (un ung other business nya) and if this educational courses fails that means part time padn ako kaht mamove role ko s law firm nya.
Kahapon lang start date ko pero nataon that day after my part time may final interview ako w another AU client for a Full time role FMCG company matagal n sla s industry and established na and i will be direct hire here. Akala ko d ako pumasa s final panel interview. More than a month ko to prinocess jusko haha. Pero after a few hours nag update skn recruiter to congratulate me dahil the company would like to offer me the role. Malaki dn responsibility dto pero they are also hiring a more senior role dto for graphic design para daw I can lean onto that person daw for guidance goods dn dto is willing dn sla to support my growth s role and trainings, Ngayon I think ksi mas may security ung fmcg company and syempre salary n dn since 6 digits ang offer skn dto and somehow elevated n dn role ko dto pero naguguilty dn ako s bago kong part time since kakabili nga lang ng laptop for me kung ppiliin ko tong bagong offer..and I guess wary lng s reaction ng agency and client since 2 days palang ako pero checking the contract I just need to return everything and 10 days render.
May naka experience n b dto n nagreturn ng laptop na bago 🥲? Paano nyo inapproach ung pag sabi ng resigning?
Asked for a week reading (this coming week). I got the Heart + Dog + Sun.
So I’m thinking it could be related to my job applications I have 2 thats already in progress (1 offer, 1 passed 2 interviews successfully and got endorsed for a final interview this coming week) however I am at lost since Im not sure which to take both wants me to grow within the role but the latter has more hectic environment but both would be a step up for my career growth. Im just feeling “imposter syndrome”.
The pulls to me feels like a positive week. heart + dog seems like the recruiters of each company both reached out again to me after months and offered me these roles, for the sun I think positive developments on both?

Im having trouble applying to marketing roles lately, natatalo application ko since I dont have proper paid marketing experience. I did support execution of campaigns in the past pero my task was mainly copywriting and creative assets creation. Most of my experience dn tlga organic marketing.

Just the thought of sharing online my work sometimes makes me cringe or embarassed. For context I paint and im still exploring oil and acrylic as medium aspiring to exhibit for a gallery someday. But even in my age (30y/o) I still feel so conscious when showing my art not being crtiticised over my art but by being seen like people might find it cringe as well, and while i try to overcome it i think it stems from the fact that I was discouraged as a child and teen to not take art seriously and its just a hobby.
And no matter how much I ground myself in taking it seriously like a proper possible career while I have a day job, I still feel so ridiculous sometimes pursuing it..I dont know if this is trauma(??) or some conditioning I unintentionally have set myself.. but i sometimes have this motivated drive where I make these detailed plan on my work and realistic goals but then when I review it i suddenly feel like a child being ridiculous 🥲
but to artist out there that have made it into a career while also having a proper day job, Has anyone else felt embarrassed or even ashamed of pursuing art seriously as an adult? If so, any advise how to move past it?
Gusto ko lang mag vent out, grabe ung ilang linggo na paulit ulit ung up and down ng emotions ko ilang ulit na ko nakakahanap ng roles na good fit ako or match ako based sa job description even recruiters supportive sa applications ko, well prepared ako lagi sa interviews and inayos ko cv ko to make sure na mataas ATS score ko. Nakakapagod pero tuloy pdn ako sa mga interviews kaht ilang beses.
Tanggap ko yung ibang applications ko di ako ung nappili kaht good match since may mga skills ako n wala and mga nsa 70-80% lang ung match skn,
pero this last one grabe I had high hopes I have every experience and skill for it and napaka supportive ng recruiter (through agency ksi ako nag apply) dahil its a very good match for me and maayos pa knalabasan ng client interview ko good/clear communication and conversational lang kami ng client, had every experience they were asking for, pero in the end hndi padn ako ung knuha ng client. akala ko eto na tlga yun 😞since Ive been processing the application for the last 10 days and it was going so well.
Ang sakt pala pag nareject ka sa role na alam mong youd fit well lalo na the whole process felt so light and easy since you have every answer, I did so well…Pero sguro ganon tlga laban lang 🥲
