Hatch Restore 3 refuses to update firmware
I bought one last week and the firmware would never update. None of the preview sounds would play on the restore either. After trying everything (and everything support asked me to try), they just ended up sending me a replacement. Just got it today and the replacement refuses to update firmware. It just says ‘tap to update’, then it says downloading and usually the message just goes away, but eventually it starts trying to download again. I’m assuming that’s what’s causing the preview sounds to not play. It seems like this is a known issue, the alarm function seem to work okay after testing but it’s super annoying every time I open the app to jump through hoops to change literally anything.

AsRock790-C new ram testing with errors
I’ve had my PC since about March and it constantly has hardware errors causing crashing. All the errors were mem related, but I replaced the SSD after it completely refused to boot or show up at all and replaced an external drive. I had four sticks of 16Gb (after upgrading from two, same part#) and had crashes all the time. I recently replaced all sticks with two sticks of 32Gb from the QVL and memtest86 is giving me an error on almost every test. The BIOS is updated and all defaults are set (no overclocking) , I reseated it, not really sure where to go from here when brand new memory did worse, maybe the mb is the issue?

Upgrading RAM (4 sticks) memory errors? Asrock 790-C
I have an ASROCK 790-C (raptor) that came with 32G, I upgraded to 64G by purchasing two more 16G sticks. I’ve had crashes since then, hardware errors. The ones I purchased are the exact same as the ones it came with, so there’s no mixing. I tested them all individually and all tests show no errors, but once you add more than two, the mem test fails. I just updated the BIOS (instant flash) and set the XMP profile to ‘auto’ and the mem test failed again with all four installed, any help is appreciated
