I left Lorton at 4:30PM and got home in Woodbridge at 5:50PM. It’s normally a 20 minute drive. This traffic is absolutely criminal.

I want to start a business in something I’m interested in which are nails. I don’t want to do nails on people, I just like getting them done myself and I like seeing other people’s designs. I also like press-ons and might learn how to make my own at most, but really I want to own a salon.

I just want to make money and open one of those generic nail salons that say “NAILS” in red font as the title of the salon. You know those random nail salons you see while you’re driving that look generic? Something like that to make money. I would hire the nail techs, a manager, pay for rent, insurance, a lawyer, and get a license? Or does the manager need a nail tech license? How much work is owning a salon but not doing the nails? I know I need to have recurring customers but honestly I see random people walking into nail salons that have never been there before to get their nails done in the general area.

I made an appointment a week ago for today at 1PM at Lake Ridge Auto. When I got there they said I wasn’t in the system. I said I spoke to a guy on the phone and he scheduled me for Thursday at 1pm but I didn’t get a confirmation email I guess they don’t do those? When I get there he said he can squeeze me in but it’d be a longer wait. I was okay with it and he printed what I would have to pay for me to sign. It was $200 when the guy on the phone said it’d be around $130. I gave the guy on the phone my make, model, year, and amount of oil my car takes. They said they use Mobil 1 I said okay that’s fine and he said it would be around $130. When I get there not only is my appointment not in the system but the price was waaaaaay higher than what he said on the phone.

The guy kept showing me the breakdown of why the price was $200 and I don’t care why because that’s not what was discussed over the phone. Then he moves his computer screen so I can see the schedule lol I don’t care what’s in front of me if my appointment isn’t on there like we discussed on the phone.

Last year I went to We Care Auto in Manassas for my safety inspection and emissions test and I made an appointment for 8AM. When I get there they said they don’t have a mechanic at that time he doesn’t get here until 10am and they’re not sure why they booked me for 8am. So what am I supposed to do just leave?? They did my oil change and luckily got someone else at a different business they partner with to do my inspection so they squeezed me in again.

I post lifestyle and outfit content and it’s pretty simple. I have seen other creators post the same type of OOTD videos I have done. But my engagement is poor. Are my outfits ugly? Does nobody care?

I go through my following list and engage with people who are following me every so often and follow new people and they barely engage back on my feed.

I have a 2024 RS3 with 19,000 miles on it. I called some oil change shops and they’re charging vastly different prices.

One charges $75 for AMSOIL Fully synthetic 5W-20
The other charges $160 for Liquimoly, Castrol, or Fuchs
One charges $148 for Mobil One
One charges $201 for Motul 5w40 Full Syn Gen 2 Qts

My owners manual says “Standard VW 504 00, ACEA C3, ACEA C4, API SP or ILSAC GF-6A. All viscosity classes within these standards are permitted” I don’t know which oil falls under which standard?

I filed my taxes and I checked the “overpay” option on my form so I don’t get billed again later on. I figure if I actually do overpay, they’ll refund me anyway so I overpaid just to be safe. I ended up getting a tax refund for the amount I overpaid a few months later and I thought oh ok that’s cool.

They sent me a bill for the same amount (or really close) to what they refunded me. So like…I overpaid my taxes. Got a refund for the amount I overpaid. And now they’re asking for it back essentially by billing me that amount? Saying I underpaid? wtf?

I recorded on my RayBan Gen 2 meta glasses and the quality is super crisp on my phone. I edited the video in CapCut and exported it as 4K 2160 x 2880 3.84GB Dolby Vision and it looks just as good as it did in the original unedited video clips. When I upload that video from CapCut to YouTube, it looks horrible. The colors are off and the quality is reduced.

I have edited other videos I recorded on my iPhone using CapCut and the exported videos look crisp and clear just like the unedited ones. I uploaded those to YouTube and the quality is just as good as the exported video from CapCut.

Why is it when I upload a video I record from my metaglasses, the quality reduces a lot when I upload that to YT? It makes no sense, the CapCut exported video is super crisp and clear and once it’s on YT it’s crap. Is it because of the Dolby Vision? I don’t see that setting in the properties of the other videos I uploaded but I recorded those with my iPhone not Metaglasses

I have a 2024 RS3 and I bought it 2 years ago at 5,000 miles. I changed the oil at 9,000 miles then again at 15,000. The guy who did my last oil change complained my oil was black and it will hurt my engine. I did change my oil at 6,000 miles which over the recommended amount that time, but I didn’t think it was super late either.

Now I want to change it when it gets to 19,000 miles which it’s almost at, so that would be 4,000 miles later. I went to Jiffy Lube the first time and I had no issues but apparently it was a mistake because it’s Jiffy Lube. The second time I went to a small auto shop but I don’t want to drive all the way there again.

I wanted a small toy model of my Kyalami green Audi 2024 rs3 but the one I found online is $380 lol is there a more affordable/cheaper version? I want to collect a little model to start my car collection :3

I need to get my bumper replaced and the grill in the back of my 2024 Audi rs3! I am not sure if I should keep the old ones. The damage is super minor I think I can take it somewhere cheap and get it fixed and re-sell it. Idk if anyone would buy it. It’s the kyalami green color.

I love Pusheen so much, she’s so cute and fat! I enjoy watching her animated reels on Instagram and the photos the artists draw. I never liked any of the merch! Except maybe the silver Pusheen stud earrings..am I the only one lol

Any tips on how to drive it like that? I usually do comfort mode but I’m stepping outside my comfort zone :3

Also why does it have D mode and S mode? I started my car and it was stuck on D mode in dynamic and I couldn’t get it to S mode….
