After you started taking any of these weight loss drugs, do you still care about the calorie density of foods you're eating? Do you still try to eat low calorie foods or now that your hunger is diminished due to GLP1s, it doesn't matter for you as you could not even over eat?

Do you guys count calories at all to eat enough, or you just let your body, and your hunger signals do this job for you?

I've heard some people eat too little, especially from protein and that is a problem.

Do you guys calculate calories or just let the med dictate how much you eat based on how hungry you feel?

If you count calories, what are the foods you have to watch out for or careful with?

What are foods that might not be the most volume, but still somehow you feel they're worth the calories? What is it about the food that makes it worth the calories? Is it because of the texture of the food? The flavor? Or else?

I love volume eating, I eat at least one huge bowl of salad daily. My salads usually consist of lettuce, low cal dressing, fresh and/or air fried veggies, grilled chicken and spices. Recently I started adding in boiled potatoes, and these salads have become much more filling. So it raises a question

What foods do you find to be very filling yet not necessarily the highest volume?

Which restaurant or fast food restaurant chain do you trust the most when it comes to their menu items' calories?

A few years ago Casey Neistat made a video about restaurants', convenience stores' food items and their calories. He took them to a lab where they actually measured these food items calories and he found that Subway was the most accurate.

Which chains do you trust the most?

Anyone here on cab and TRT? What’s your experience?

I’m taking 2 tablets of cab twice weekly. My testosterone, after two years on cab, is still on the lower end. Thinking about starting TRT. I am curious to hear from guys who are taking both. I’m an active 49 years old.

Anyone here taking test while on cabergoline due to prolactinoma? Do you experience any side effects?

I have a prolactinoma, about 2x2cm that was discovered by an annual checkup a few years ago. I had extremely high prolactin levels, 1850. Brain MRI showed the prolactinoma. My test levels were low but my doc said after taking cabergoline, my test levels might recover. Well, it did to some degree, but it’s still on the lower end of normal.
I’m otherwise healthy. 49 years old, and active, 5-6 times in the gym per week.
Anyways, what I want to find out if there are other men here with the same condition as me and if on cab, what is your experience being on TRT as well?
Thanks

What is your biggest issue with having to live off so few calories daily? Is it hunger, higher food prices for this "lifestyle", controlling social events' "bites", eating out and always planning ahead what to order, missing certain texture of foods, constant calorie counting, etc?

How do you guys find new, low-cal food products that fit in your daily 1200 cal diet? Do you actually walk around in grocery stores and look for new products and read their back labels or do you stumble upon them by accident? Or you find them online?

There are many brands everyone knows about here, I guess. Like the Mission Zero tortillas, or Chobani or Halo Top ice creams. But how and where do you actually find new food products that you want to try maybe?
