I am fresher joined start-up in April officially but, started payroll from may month only but, still both months june n may salary is pending.
So, got another offer more than what currently they are paying me
What if I left company now without notice period will they pay may n june months salary or won't pay ??
Or should I take leaves until 5 july as they said after 5th (not confirmed) will get salary of June month.
Now thing is new company location is in same building as current one, so i going to see TL , HR on daily basis in cafeteria.
Have to do unpaid 15 days training n then 45 days will be getting half pay so I need money to manage expenses here..😭😭
Please help me.. i don't know anyone experienced to ask about these things 😔
I don't know if this is right sub for it or not but, do help me if anyone knows about this.

IIFL gold loan was taken by my uncle through my details while I was with him and he paid the amount in 2 months and loan account is closed now.

Other 3 banks i never applied for any loan.

DCB shows closed loan now but, AXIO and SOUTH INDIAN BANK shows 5000 rs loan is active.

What should I do?? How can I close these loan account which were opened without my consent 🤔

Thought of ordering paradise biryani as it was showing under 200, while ordering didn't noticed it was VEG but, when delivered saw VEG sticker on pack reverified it to be true i ordered Veg instead of non veg from PARADISE 😭😭

And what I get in veg biryani just fkn aloo aloo and aloo with matar and some carrots not even cauliflower or paneer..and definately not taste 50 percent same as non veg..

I am fresher, qualified in an interview round and HR said you will get an email for salary negotiation that I got today but, as I am fresher i don't have leverage or say don't know about negotiating anything.

So how do I negotiate??

Typically in my field salary ranges from 15 k to 29 k in-hand in MNC companies..

Please help..
Till now i never heard of salary negotiation for freshers they directly give offer letter no negotiation.

About company
It's majorly in technology services but, this is first project they got from client about Medical Coding so, i think they are also new to this area. And when asked about which speciality I will be working under they said we will let you know.

वीकेंड साठी मावसभावाच्या घरी आलेलो..लहान मावसभावाच लग्न मागच्याच महिन्यात झालंय आणि तो hyd असतो जॉब साठी आणि वैनी घरी, आज वीकेंड असल्यामुळे तो पण घरी आला.
आता 7 पासून काका आणि मावशी जेवण कर जेवण कर म्हणून म्हणत होते पण मी tv पाहण्याच्या नादात टाळत होतो त्यानंतर भाऊ पण आला तो पण बोलला चल बस जेवायला 😅 मी बोललो भूक नाही 🤙. आत्ता 8:30 ला मग भूक लागली म्हणून जेवायला बसलो मग काय जेवताना विचार आला की कश्यामुळे ते सर्वजण मला बोलत होते की जेवणं कर म्हणून 😭😭
हॉल मधे टीव्ही आहे त्याच्याच समोर त्यांची बेडरूम...आणि मी 1 st floor ला असलेल्या रूम मध्ये झोपतो म्हणजे मी जेवण करून वर गेलो की त्याचा मार्ग मोकळा...ते कश्यासाठी तुमचा कळलेच असेल 😂🫣

Now he called me via phone n by via wp but, i didn't picked up..
I do feel bad for TL as he is sweet person by heart but, founder is chaprii without planning or anything.
Let's see what happens tomorrow..😂🙏

I am fresher in start-up.yesterday TL n HR called one by one to only MH candidates in TG in cabin n said we don't need freshers we will hire only experienced candidates now so you go now and if you go now they will give 2 month's salary n payslip n reliving letter as 2 first 2 month's of salary is still remains with them..
and they needed and RIGHT THERE in fkn 5 minutes🙄..
i said I will need tell you tomorrow but, no can't wait till tomorrow as management is forcing them

Then , If ready to stay then you will have to give accuracy n quality of work same as other experienced people there or you will be terminated without salary or payslip or anything..still 2 month's of salary is pending with them

Joined service based startup but, since day one getting red flag hints from upper management so, where can I get rules and regulations for corporate office if they exploit us in future or put us in dark regarding important matter which directly involve employees.
Well, just realised how much of long list is and where else can I post this so, i can get more solution n clarification.
Reason for staying is:
I. In future company will grow and we will get chance to prove ourselves
II. As it's new company we wouldn't have much of target completing pressure because in other companies ( I have seen friends working 12 hrs for 8 hr shift because they didn't completed their work which is honestly can't be completed in given time whatever you do)
III. In today's job market joining somewhere is better than sitting unemployed 😞
Serious Red Flags Detected:-
Official company established in 2024 on paper but, reality no work was being done...okay can ignore it's past
Don't have proper office location even in Google Maps
They didn't mentioned joining place in offer letter
Changed joining venue day before joining date
Venue for joining was CO WORKING space not, their location
During initial 30 days of joining, only 5 days we were in that co work space doing intro n formality and after that WFH apparently for 17 - 18 days (no other companies gives WFH from 5th day that too for fresher in our field as training is very crucial)
In first month only onsite location changed 2 times
In 2nd month they called us at some place which had only desks and 8 laptops out of 4 were seriously at worst condition (trackpad won't work or keyboard won't work or even screen won't turn on)
They hired for one department and now that says client didn't gave them that department and now giving us completely different department which majority people were due to less growth and future stability.
They didn't told us clearly about losing of initial department from their end just because some experienced candidates heard from TL n Trainer, then we asked them is it true then only they agreed n told us.
(Reason to cancel department was we didn't gave client Good screening, mind you we were told 1 day before and person from client was asking fresher people questions same as experienced people even when told we are freshers and don't have much knowledge other than Basics)
Out of 46 people only 15 people got selected for department funny thing is we have 20 experienced people idk how but people with 1.2 yoe were unable to clear interview
They won't pay salary of first month as we were not working, we were attending 6-7 hrs of meeting via virtual mode and (we were ready to work since day one of joining but, couldn't due to company problem )
And they now says when you are leaving in future you will this first months salary in fnf (full n final) condition is that you have complete 3 months of NP now, thing is next company wont wait for 3 month they need immediate joiner so, here goes FNF in mfk Assss
HRBP says it was miscommunication from team and management.
It's been 1.5 months since official boarding it's understandable that it's start up so needs time to get it started but, still they didn't brought systems.
When i took my personal PC to office as we fkn 5 fkn working out of 8 pc for 47 people, HRBP slapped me with warning letter for violating policies of company (we were doing nothing just not training nothing just scrolling our
phone and laptop for formality if someone from upper management passes through office)WHAT A IRONY...!!!
now for new project they wants us fresher that we should tell client that we have more than 1 YOE n give screening once again for that different department and we got to know about it at 6 o clock today n from tomorrow screening starts from 10 AM.
Obviously client will send more experienced person than us from his end who could easily capture our plan
But, once again mangement, TL, Trainer will blame us 😑
