Hello all , I have been getting into golf the last few months , and I’m using a set of XPC3 431 SS irons with flexible graphite shafts . Are these any good ? And are they any good for beginners? Should I stick with them while I learn or will they do more harm than good? Appreciate all the input

Hello all , I recently was given a Weber kettle . I already own a char griller Akorn that I love . I love grilling and I’m not against owning multiple grills . I’m just wondering what can the kettle do that my Akorn can’t ? Or what can it at-least do better ? Just to give an idea , I own the 2 grills listed , a pit boss pellet grill, and pit boss portable pellet grill , a blackstone , and a big green egg mini max ( used for camping ) . I just have never had two same size at home Charcoal grills before . Thank you!

Hello all , I am a controls engineer working for a automotive supplier who makes Interior pieces , we use small screws to attach different pieces together . And an issue we have been facing is extra screws getting left inside the finished product that are not meant to be there . The companies current answer is to have the end of line operator shake the pieces above their head in the hopes any extra screws will fall out . I’m trying to come up with a way to detect extra screws automatically , but I’m not coming up with anything I think is worth pursuing. Thermal camera I don’t think will work because the screws and the plastic will be damn near the same temp. Can’t do just a standard metal detector because there will be screws and other metal pieces that are meant to be there . Any ideas I can look into would be greatly appreciated!

Hello all . I have recently changed company’s from one automotive manufacturer to another . I will be taking over Responsibility for PLC programming and maintenance for the whole plant after tomorrow when the current engineer moves to a new plant . So I have been taking time to learn this plants standards and poking around the saftey logic to see what I will be dealing with and I found some concerning things . For one thing non of the processors are saftey locked or have a signature ( Allen Bradley) , so I’m going to bring that up as I feel like that is a non negotiable when you have humans working on a production line especially with robots. Second non of the robots ( Fanuc ) have DCS fence lines to prevent the robot from driving through the fence or pinning a programmer. I was understanding this was a ISO requirement. But I’m not 100% on that and I don’t want to spend my own money to buy the manual . Does anyone have any insight into this ? I brought this issue up to the corporate controls manager and was told “ we don’t use DCS fence lines, I won’t use that garbage “ . And just to be clear I don’t mean instead of a physical fence I mean along with it . Thank you all for the help in advance
