I noticed that Panera recently changed their Caesar Dressing...correct?

Hola. I teach Upper School French and Spanish and we have been discussing if we should change books. Just some background, we are a independent school and language is a three requirement.

In both languages we use Vista Higher Learning, Descubre and D'accord ( all levels) and the AP books. I teach French 4 Honors which is a pre-AP course and use a book from a different company.

We all use the books as a guide and expand the chapters, especially the vocabulary. Both series are a lot and the middle school teachers are the most dissatisfied because it is so hard for some of the kids. I have Revista for Spanish 5 Conversation and it is hard for some of them. I just use the readings and other things in the book.

My chair definitely wants a book series to guide our curriculum. The one things about Vista is that their online platform is excellent. I use Carnegie Learning for my French 4 classes and it is just not as good but one teacher really likes their Spanish series.

So I am curious, what series do you use or what do you do?? I am in charge of books in my department and I am supposed to order samples so we can discuss during a PD day

I just don't know anymore. I was told I have IBS. I can feel great but then something happens or there is a trigger, like I can't have sorbitol. I found that out this week. I do not have a problem moving my bowels and do it every morning, but sometimes I do not fully evacuate and I become a bloated mess. A lot of gas that makes me feel nauseous. Of course burping helps the most, but OTC gas pills do not help. Sometimes I take too many different things because I am so scared to throw up...which never happens. Anxiety also plays a role also.

Isn't there some prescriptions that I can ask for to help with this?? I know the last thing I need is to add fiber, because if it is too much, my body does not like it and I feel bloated. I have that gas build up again.

Maybe I am being crazy..lol...but the people who are making the food and sandwiches do not change their gloves enough. They are touching so many other things. It makes me not want to order any sandwiches.

Every time I park my car, PARK appears which I think is the parking break. I have turned it off. Is this supposed to happen every time you put the car in P.

Hi. I have a 2024 ES 350. Today at the end of my right hand turn, some kid on a dirt bike riding too fast on the sidewalk hit the back of my car. There are no scratches, but he hit middle of the plastic bumper near the back rear tire. About two inches popped out in the middle and I was able to put it back in. It has not popped back out, but I assume it will. I drove it after and it was fine but I know about it so it is bothering me. Everything else is fine on the cart is fine.

What kind of fix is this?

I just bought a 24 ES350.

Is there a function like lane assist, meaning the steering wheel vibrates if you go out of the lane? I traded in a TLX and it had this function. Just curious.

Also, can you select having the car automatically lock after you walk away from it?

Has anybody ever had a food allergy test?? I have one scheduled next week with an allergist?

Are there any medications that can be taken when you are allergic to certain foods? One food I can not tolerate is garlic!!

Yesterday I woke up fine. I had some coffee and half a bagel. When I arrived at work, I had a wrap with egg and cheese and some potatoes on the side. About 30 minutes after, I was bloated and burping helped a lot. I took Nauzene and Pepto Bismal. It is a lot for the system, but I get so anxious and worried that I will throw up. I usually do not. Not to sound gross but it seemed like the potatoes where the culprit. Was there a little spice on them. I am not sure. I can't have fresh garlic. This has the same effect on me if I do.

About 90 minutes later I was better, sipped on a little ginger ale and there was a luncheon. I had a few tortilla chips and little bread. I felt fine. I wanted to eat something but just avoided it. When I got home I was hungry and made turkey meatballs with Parmesan cheese on a whole wheat pita. No issues!!

This happens once in awhile if I consume certain foods and burping helps the most. I don't have any urges to go the bathroom or anything. Any idea? Any suggestions?

Hi. Just a few questions. I have IBS-C but it is much better than it was. I do not take fiber supplements because they bother my stomach and system.

I woke up this morning not feeling 100%. I know I was hungry and woke during the night feeling hungry but went back to sleep. I got up, had coffee and then a little later some toast. I went to the bathroom. It was fine but I still felt off. There are times like this morning when I wipe but nothing is there. A few hours later, I had to go to the bathroom again, and it was fine but a small amount. It is like I did not fully evacuate my bowel which makes me feel off.

Is this part of having IBS?? This is not a frequent occurrence but happens every once in a while.

Hi. I would like to buy a slightly used car which would be a 2023=2024 model.

I would like a Lexus ES350 but those are hard to get unless I want white, which I don't.

Any input on BMW 3 or 5 series, I prefer 5 or an Audi A6?

I use cargurus and worried just buying a car I have not seen or did a test drive from carvana or carmax? And if I would get a car from carmax, how does it work with a trade in?? Any other suggestions? Thanks!
