Tuning a 2022 TLX Type S

Has anybody here had theirs tuned? I'm thinking about KTunerFlash V2 Touch. Would it be a bad idea to do that to a well-maintained 80k-mile car? What I'm wanting out of the tune is to cut the 0-60, and a more aggressive sound.

I've been Googling but I'm missing something. Is it not an option to pay a shop to tune it, instead of me buying my own KTunerFlash V2 Touch? It sounds like I buy my own KTunerFlash, use the built-in stage 0 and stage 1 maps. Then if I want to, I'd buy other custom maps from wherever I want. I do all the work myself, and paying less for a shop to use their equipment isn't an option. Do I have that right? Should I even consider any other maps if I don't plan to mod any further than the basics (e.g. cats, pipes, intake)?

These green wheel accents are aftermarket, right?

(That curb rash, man. I'm not the driver.) They're beginning to peel and I'm thinking about just peeling it off. Where did this even come from? Was it an option in 2018 (Civic EX-T)? Were dealers installing that? Were people buying kits off Amazon? Whoever it did, did a pretty good job.

We need an official Xennial calendar...

We need a calendar showing all the important dates coming up. Like from Terminator, etc. I'm sure there are a hundred things we missed and never really noticed. Much of the time, I these things don't hit my feed until the next day. The Terminator stuff is popular enough to get some attention, but there are a lot of smaller things we could have fun with if we all knew they were coming. Not sure if someone out there is really into this topic and would enjoy doing it, but I may work on it some myself as time allows.

2023-2026 : How to spot the tech package in photos?

Sellers don't always mention the Tech Package, so I'm looking for a way to see it when it's there. I've read it upgrades the head unit to 9" from 7" but I can't tell in photos. Does the 7" have two knobs, and the 9" has one?

Stealthy models running custom firmware?

I have to walk through other people's land to do my work. I'm authorized by the local govt to do so, but many people don't understand the concept of a utility easement. So even when I've notified them in advance, they'll sometimes come running out to be irate with me. As soon as I touch my phone, they'll sometimes change their attitude until I walk away, then vandalize my truck. I've had my windows busted out several times. I ended up getting a dash cam and a dude somehow busted my window out from somewhere too far to see. Really depends on the neighborhood but it isn't uncommon.

I'm looking for some glasses that just look like glasses and don't lock me into an ecosystem, like Meta. I'd also like for them to be stealthy when I'm recording so I can more often catch them threatening me. You know how iPhone and Android both have the ability to record a phone call but only after it announces to the other party that it's recording? Jailbreaking doesn't always help because the hardware or something is configured in a way that prevents software from accessing the phone call feed, or something like that. I want to avoid that type of restriction. Are there any truly stealthy options that run custom firmware or anything? I've been Googling but I haven't had any luck. Preferably, I'd have a pair that just look like regular sized Ray Bans and have an open source dev community supporting it...sort of like the relationship between Google's Pixel phones and custom AOSP firmware, if you're familiar.

Do you have any recommendations, or advice on what I should be looking into?

What do you call casual romantic ice dancing like in this video?

They aren't skating but I can't find any examples of something like this on ice skates. Not exactly this, of course, but the ice-skating equivalent of it. I've tried searching for ice dancing, partner skating, etc...everything that comes up is way more skillful than what I'm looking for. Just something romantic and casual for a date when the rink lowers the lights and plays music. Something with the vibe the video has, but with forward momentum. lol

Are here truely no hardware differences between M5 Pro 13-inch 1TB vs 2TB?

Everything looks the same to me but I learned last time I upgraded that there are sometimes hardware differences I don't know about. I just wanted to ask you guys first this time...there are literally NO differences other than the storage space between the 1TB and 2TB, correct? No differences in screen brightness, or anything, correct?

Squeezing the biggest TV I can fit...my eyes are trash [Jayco 380DQS]

Any advice on articulating TV mounts or squeezing the biggest TV you can get in there? Obviously, I expect it to not fit in the TV cubby but that's fine. Just looking for any tips from someone who has gone as big as they could. I've read OLED is the lightest tech, so I'm planning to go that direction.

Plug & play modules? (Like Idlestopper) [2018 EX-T]

What kind of plug & play devices are you guys using? I'm looking at the ones that disable the auto-off at stoplights function, so you don't have to push the button every time you start the car. Wondering what else is out there, and if there are any better ones that bundle this functionality with other cool tweaks. Anything cool under like $200?
