Non-metallic barbell right after piercing?

Hey. I want to get my eyebrow re-pierced and I actually have a couple questions I was hoping folks on here could answer.

Unfortunately, I ended up taking my barbell out for a long period of time a few years ago and completely healed up on me.

The reason I took it out in the first place was because I started working with electricity and wanted to eliminate the risk of anything stupid happening with the metal in my face. It wasn't until many years later that a friend pointed out I could just use a non-conductive material.

The scar is still there and I can still sort of feel the fistula under the skin, but I haven't been able to get any jewelry into it for years.

When I get it re-pierced (thinking of getting a new one as well) is it safe to use a non-metallic barbell during the healing process? I was thinking silicone, glass, or a non porous plastic, but I'm not very experienced with this sort of thing. What would you suggest?

Tbh I really like the idea of Chive and Glam having something brief in the past, but both ultimately deciding that they're better off as just friends.

I think, potentially, Glam isn't even sure what he wants at the time and isn't necessarily as attracted to Chive as Chive is to him. For the time they are together... it's more of a fwb thing than anything serious. I think Victoria knows, but doesn't really care.

We should scream more 🦜

I've been struggling to name and express emotions in the past few weeks. Today, I just feel this heavy, almost painful frustration that I can't name or ascribe to anything going on in my life.

I realized that I wanted to just fucking scream. So...I did. Just grabbed a pillow and yelled into it a few times. I haven't done that since I was a kid.

I don't think I can properly describe how cathartic that was. I'm adding it to my toolbox immediately.

Disclaimer; I know pillows adequately muffle man melodrama, but I can't actually *scream* or shriek anymore. If you intend on actually screaming, make sure it doesn't carry and alarm people lol.
