Safest areas to stay for girls trip?

Would love to stay somewhere central and safe, maybe that’s a bit lively in the evenings. What do you recommend? Is Trastevere the best choice?

Tuscany roadtrip advice

me & my sister are doing a roadtrip for 7 days in Tuscany. we will be flying to and from Pisa. I would love some advice on how to plan it, what route to take and where to stop - should we stay in mainly one or two places as a base and do daytrips from there or should we stay in different locations everyday? We will travel late September. Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay near Split where I can swim in September?

I was originally going to go to Cavtat but with my extreme fear of flying I’m scared of Dubrovnik airport and the bora winds. So now I’m looking for a beautiful place with similar vibes near Split - any suggestions? I want rocky beaches/cliffs and maybe a cute little town or nearby a nice town. I was thinking of one of the islands, but I don’t have a license so I won’t have a car. I also want it to be warm enough to swim in September!

dubrovnik airport

I’ve heard that dubrovnik airport is especially turbulent and many flights have go arounds and aborted landings because of its location causing high crosswinds. Is this true? Maybe flying to dubrovnik wouldn’t be a good start if that’s the case…haven’t flown in over a year by now

Airbnb with few reviews but good host?

So I never want to book an airbnb with a new or only a few reviews. However, I found one that seems great but only has 9 reviews, but the host has other airbnbs and has 980 reviews all together and 4,82% good score. Would you dare book it then, despite only 9 reviews?

Tuscany or Puglia & Sicily

If you HAD to chose one to roadtrip in for about 10 days, would you do Puglia & Sicily or Tuscany? I love swimming, beautiful nature, castles/museums or just any historical places.

First foster kitten just moved to his new owner

And I’ve been crying for hours. I miss him so much and I’m making up scenarios of things going wrong in his new home or just him missing us. I feel horrible and like I did a mistake and should’ve kept him. Did anyone else feel like this? Will it pass? I asked her to send me updates on him

Would a very low percentage of retinol still work?

I used retinol/tretinoin for about 1.5 years and my skin hated it. It got so dry and irritated despite using it correctly (building tolerance, layering etc) it just never got better. However, i would still like to use it for the anti aging benefits. I found a bottle from a swedish brand with 0,1% retinol and 0,5 bakchuiol - would something like this help my skin in the long run or is it too weak? There’s also the 0,5 retinol from the ordinary.

I also love slugging, I slather my face in vaseline over my skincare every night and it’s helped my skin so much. Can I not do this anymore with retinol?

Adriatic lines

I’m trying to book a ferry from Dubrovnik to Kotor. Is the website adriatic-lines.com the correct site to book with? Are they good/trustworthy? There’s no adress for where in Dubrovnik the ferry sets off from, where do I find that?

Thanks!

Depressed about foster kitten moving to new home

We took in three foster kittens at 1-2 weeks old. Next week they turn 12-13 weeks and one is moving to their new family. I feel so much anxiety and sadness. We were only keeping one to begin with but we’re so attached to them so we kept two, but the third one was promised to our neighbor from the start. I just want to keep them all, but at the same it would be expensive with three cats and my neighbor would be disappointed after waiting almost 12 weeks. does anyone else feel like this when it’s time for fosters to move? I feel my heart breaking..

Safety for solo female traveler

I want to go to Paris but I keep hearing how unsafe it is, just yesterday someone stabbed three women! I have found hotels in the 3/4rd or 6th arrondissement as I read they’re both supposed to be safe - which one do you prefer?. And I will keep far away from shady areas like gate du nord. What do you think, is it as unsafe as it seems on social media or is it over-exaggerated?

Also - I read someone said you should not take taxi or uber in paris as a solo female. What is this about?

Sicily/Puglia in autumn or spring?

We’re planning a roas trip through Puglia & Sicily. I LOVE swimming and I really want to be able to swim, and would like some sunny weather, but we don’t want to go during summer. Is late september or october still warm? Or would it be better to wait until spring and go in May? Thank you!

At what age can kittens eat mostly dry kibble?

I have two 8-week olds and one 7-week old kitten. They are mainly eating kitten wet food or kibble that I’ve mixed with formula or water. The 8-week olds are loving dry kitten kibble now however. Can they eat dry kibble safely now? At what age can they mostly eat kibble, and not mostly wet food? They are bottle-fed babies, they had no mother.
