Went to the ED today and turns out I broke a bone in my ankle.
I’m in a temporary splint held together with an elastic bandage.

They called me as I was leaving to get me scheduled.

Ortho is 70ish days out
Community care is 30 out ONCE CC gets my referral done and sent over.

But until then… I can’t just sit and wait around. It could heal completely wrong. There could be a tendon or ligament that’s damaged and I won’t get an MRI until AFTER I first see an orthopedist.

This splint will only last days.

I guess what are my options? Do I call a patient advocate?

We used to have a great relationship before he installed outdoor speakers for the pool. Double zones with a subwoofer I think.

Tried to talk to him about it when it was first set up.
Asked him to turn it down a few times when it was too loud and suggested just atleast when I was home.

Still was an issue. So I asked them to turn it down / aim or move the speakers installed by the fence line.
Neighbor shot back with a how dare you try to control my backyard yadda yadda and thought I was getting the hint when they ignored me.

I’m his only next door neighbor. Otherwise he’s on a corner so no one else next to his yard.

At this point I’m fed up and ready to strike back without doing the same exact thing. We both have done unpermitted work in the backyard and I don’t want to get to a point where we call the cops / city.

We do have a sustained noise ordinance but I don’t want to go that route.

Any ideas?

Long story short… my 6qt kitchen aid professional is great but forces me to make much bigger batches of pizza dough due to its volume.

I’m looking to get another mixer in the 4qt range that’s powerful enough to handle the task.

I’ll be in town Thursday Morning around 8 or 9. Staying till probably 7pm Friday night.

Did some searching and took some advice from here.

So here’s kind of my thoughts on where I want to go and do. I’m a mid 30’s single guy who isn’t really into a party. Enjoys food and bourbon. Loves history but recognizes my time is a bit limited.

Good news. I’ll be back for a proper 3 day trip in October.

Day 1 I’ll be staying in Hoboken. Check-in around 3-4pm. Cleanup and head back into NYC.

Day 2. I’ll be checking out. Going into NYC and then headed out to New Brunswick to get ready for six flags on Friday.

Really hoping to get help with a plan to optimize my time and maybe a few suggestions since I think I’ll have extra time?

I have 4 7665’s that have been flawless besides some inconsistent roaming.
Moved one to my shed and installed a 7670 in its place.

Provisioned and upgraded to new firmware.
This thing WILL not broadcast on the 5ghz band.

It shows a channel in the GUI as well as its transmit power.
But not a single device can see it putting out a wifi signal.

I took everything offline and even disabled 2.4.
Still nothing. Even after a reset.

Is it worth troubleshooting or just return back to sender.

Wedi sealant used to be about 10’ish dollars a tube.

Now it’s DOUBLE the cost.
So I’m hoping for a good enough alternative.

Any recommendations?
