I genuinely enjoy Ed Luce. Otherwise this show would have been avoided like most of Mona’s other shows. In her most recent, she and Ed are talking about how the war started:

About 24 min Mona says: “A lot of people say want to Israel dragged [Trump] into the war. Well, I don’t happen to view it that way. . . . It was Trump’s arrogance, vanity, poor judgement unwillingness to take advice from his military advisors or from congress, or from the American people that got us into this.”

Really? Trump just thought of all this on his own?

Well, she says (paraphrasing), Netanyahu has been begging every president to do it, implying that's just Bibi being Bibi, and no, in fact that wasn't the catalyst.

The difference Mona, is that Bibi knows how to get what he wants out of Trump. Trump has proven to be quite manipulable by other strong leaders.

There is no way we would be in Iran without Bibi sucking up to Don, something like:

“Donald. Donald, listen. You're the only guy who can put an end to this. No other US President has show the skill and bold leadership you have. A nuclear bomb is the end of your key ally in the region. You can do this. You’re going to go down in history as the only guy with giant balls and the means to finally put an end to the Iranian meanace. For Mona to overlook this key weakness in Trump that Bibi just walks right into reminds me why it’s a challenge to listen to her show.

My conjecture is every public disclosure from this admin is underestimated/under-reported to shade the numbers in the admin's favor and it takes [months/years] to get the actual data long after the damage has been incurred.
