Which of the following problems I have are most severe: haircel, cheekbonecel, gonioncel, shortcel, framecel, musclecel, NDcel?

I’m trying to figure out what I should put the most effort in fixing for the best ROI. My goal is to one day be considered a 5/10. If I can be considered at least average, I’ll stop worrying so much about my appearance.

Please be brutally honest. Am I a truecel? 25 year old virgin. Pics of me at the end. Community discussion word count word count word count word count word count word count

I wouldn’t normally post something like this but this is the only place I trust to give me a straight answer. I am:

- 25
- 5’8
- balding since age 19
- about 122 lbs
- narrow shoulders and 28 inch waist, overall very small frame
- neurodivergent

Are all these commenters right? I need your honest take on how over it is for me.

Need advice on my cut. How much more fat can I afford to lose? I’m getting lean for facial aesthetics.

5’8, 25 y/o and went from 132 lbs to around 122-124 lbs over the last three months. Cutting slow with resistance training and high protein to avoid muscle loss. When I was 132 I got a DEXA and was at 19.8% body fat. Based on my physique and this information, how much longer should I continue my cut?

Leanmax progress march-june. Should I keep going or am I hitting diminishing returns?

5’8 and went from 132 -> 122 lbs roughly, with high protein and basic resistance training to avoid muscle loss.

Need advice. Got humbled by the mountains today.

Hello everyone. I’ve lived in Washington for about seven months and have been getting really into hiking in the mountains.

I attempted to summit Kaleetan peak this morning because it looked like a fun hike and I successfully did Buckhorn mountain, which has similar mileage and vertical ascent, a few weeks ago and found it pretty easy.

I got to the final leg of the hike and the trail got so vertical I was basically rock climbing, except I had no ropes or harness and if I fell I could’ve easily slid 50+ feet and died.

It’s not that I wasn’t technically capable of doing it. I just wasn’t willing to accept the risk involved so I turned around and left.

So what does this say about me? Are there steps I can take to minimize the risk, or is there always the inherent risk that you die if you mess up your footing? Can I learn to be more comfortable in situations like that or am I just not cut out for serious mountaineering?

How hard is it to hide jaw implants from friends and family?

If I gained 30-40 lbs, got the implants, and slowly lost the weight over about a year, would they forget my old boneless appearance and simply attribute the facial improvement to weight loss?

How difficult is it for someone with a college degree to make at least 25/hr in Seattle?

I’ve been living here since October. I finished my two college degrees a couple years ago (mathematics and computer science). When I moved here I got a job at the airport as a ramp agent, and I don’t want to go into the details of why but I’m currently very dissatisfied with my company and working conditions. I make 22/hr right now and live in one of those micro apartments in Capitol Hill. I’m getting by but it’s hard never having any disposable income to do anything at all other than buy food and pay bills. Even 3/hr more would make all the difference. How hard would it be to make 25/hr or more in this job market? Is it worth looking for a new job or is it too risky right now?

Would you consider me to be a truecel?

Some info about me:
- 25 years old
- 5’8/5’9 and 125 lbs, about 16% body fat according to dexa and currently cutting to 10-12%
- balding since 19 but I take finasteride now
- currently working low paying job doing brutal physical labor, and I live in a tiny closet sized apartment
- virgin, never dated or kissed a girl, no social life or close friends
- some mental issues including neurodivergence
- I do pull ups and some dumbbell exercises in my room and climb mountains on my days off, but my job is basically nonstop lifting so I’m usually too tired for more than that

Buckhorn Mountain, 5/21/26

My first serious hike since moving here. Really enjoyed the 360 view at the top, and the trail was basically snow free. The whole round trip was about 6 hours, though I was severely under packed and crashed hard at the end due to not having enough to eat.

How do you guys not lose weight while working this job? Six months in and struggling

Hey guys, I’m a skinny guy 5’8 and 125 lbs and I’ve been struggling to keep my weight up since I got this job. I usually work in baggage and I usually walk 10-15 miles a shift and spend most of that time stacking and carrying bags. I easily burn almost 2000 calories in one shift and I try so hard to make up for it but sometimes I just can’t keep up. I make these massive shakes loaded with a shit ton of peanut butter and protein powder and eat other high calorie junk like oatmeal with 10 servings of butter just to get the calories in me. Sometimes I try to force so much food into my body that it makes me feel sick and I want to throw up so I stop eating, then wake up starving the next day. I often wake up feeling so sore and tired that I think there’s no way I’ll be able to go to work but then I do it anyway and get it done somehow. I feel very unhealthy and I’ve lost 15 lbs since I started this job.
