There is an issue that occurs specifically in this part of the GTA V Enhanced edition benchmark test where the textures do not load quickly and microstutters and major stutters happen in this sequence as you can see.

I've tried updating the BIOS, toggled XMP, Fast Boot, PBO, and have also tried playing without any performance monitoring software running, and more. I'm running on Undervolt+OC profile (3000@950) but even after turning this off, the microstutters do not go away. This issue occurs more frequently in some games than in others, like Dragon Ball Sparking Zero when changing menu and in gameplay too where I experience microstutters.

These stutters are generally hard to catch and they can appear out of nowhere and also are incredibly annoying.

My specs are: MSI Pro B650m-E, RTX 5070 Ti, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 16×2 DDR5 6000 CL36 G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo and 750W XPG Kyber PSU, Lexar NM620 1TB Gen3 SSD.
