Death Note musical -is 3rd row too close

I want to get a ticket for this and generally like being close to the stage because I feel more immersed and can see performer’s expressions. But seeing how the stage has two levels, I’m worried that if I sit too close I won’t be able to see what’s happening on the higher level. Can anyone let me know if this is the case?

Tate’s Osheaga setlist

I saw Tate’s performance tonight and thought it was great! I really liked the sort of Ancient Rome theme with the searching arches and stairs, and a lot of white costumes for the dancers. The choreography has a lot of group routines which I thought looked amazing. There was a pretty long section also of just vocals. I think I might have preferred more dancing but it was still a great show. Here was the setlist:
Just Keep Watching
2 Hands
Hurt My Feelings
Tit for Tat
Purple Lace Bra
Anything But Love
Like I Do
Dear God
Trying on Shoes
Feel Like Shit
Siren Sounds
Cut My Hair
Nostalgia (interlude)
You Broke Me First
Run for the Hills
She's All I Wanna Be (barricade walk)
Revolving Door
Exes
It's ok I'm ok
Greedy
Sports Car

Is it true you can’t bring water bottles made of metal?

This seems crazy. So you can’t bring a normal Owala or a Lululemon water bottle because there’s metal in them?

Sleep No More style Immersive Theatre

I’m wondering how many people in this sub have seen Sleep No More, the immersive theatre production of MacBeth crossed with Hitchcock that ran for 14 years in New Yotk, and currently has productions running in Seoul and in China. Does this kind of production appeal to anyone on here? I know there are Toronto based companies that have done work like this( like Outside the March and Transcen/Dance companies, and I have really enjoyed their shows.

I know this is a smaller niche of theatre that possibly a lot of people aren’t as familiar with, but it’s also a format that could appeal to audiences beyond the typical theatre crowd.

I’m developing a show in this manner and curious to hear people’s thoughts on this type of theatre, and if they would like to see more of it here in Toronto.

Louis Vuitton Rain Tea is amazing

I just had a vacation in Shanghai and I checked out the China exclusive Louis Vuitton scents. I liked them all, but fell in love with Rain Tea, so I got it. It’s so fresh and smooth. It’s citrus with lemongrass and green tea. It’s so beautiful. I’ve started wearing it to work and I’ve already gotten so many compliments and it’s also then fun to say how it’s exclusive to China right now. I think anyone that likes Imagination (which I also have) would also love this. (I also like how the bottle is supposed to resemble jade!)

Why do the characters make such terrible decisions

SPOILERS

Amy Adams character is supposed to be a brilliant lawyer. Why is she constantly making ridiculous errors. When Nevaeh bites her and she pushes her away, and she falls into traffic, Amy never brings up the biting at all as the reason. She says things like “she was saying terrible things about our kids” which just sounds like more motive, and ignores the actual facts which would help her. And when she discovers a dead body, when she is already under suspicion, it’s incredibly ridiculous and stupid that she would decide to go mess with the crime scene and actually touch things next to the body and get blood all over her clothes. I almost stopped watching after this stupid scene.

And Patrick Wilson’s character must at least be suspicious of Max a little bit and how it he not curious why Max literally pops up in his house, jn the bar he frequents, constantly. It beggars belief that he would then initiate drinks with Max, who he believes could have been involved in drugging and cutting off his son’s toe, knowing Max likely wants revenge, and then literally answers Max when he wants to know “what is your greatest fear”.

I’ll keep watching to see what happens but these characters are so unbelievably ridiculous.

What were the three songs she played for the journalist

Do you remember that article/interview Olivia gave quite a while back when she was talking about the album and hadn’t revealed the title yet. She let the writer listen to three songs on they described the songs without revealing any lyrics or titles. One of them was a fast paced song. Did we ever figure out which three songs she let them listen to?

Dior Sauvage really does appeal to women

I am generally a niche/private line person and have received many compliments on those scents. But I received Dior Sauvage for Christmas and I really love it and worked it into my rotation. I have to say the response is really quite something, especially with women. I was sat next to a woman I didn’t know at a work dinner, and she literally said to me “You smell really good. You smell like a guy I would meet in a club and make a mistake with.” I have had quite a few compliments from women about it. So I think it really is quite true what they say about it. Interestingly, I haven’t had as many men compliment me on it. Whereas my other most complimented scent is Le Labo The Noir 29, and I’ve had men, strangers, stop me to ask me what I’m wearing because they really liked it, as well as women.

Witness for Prosecution vs Heathers

I am going to London in August with family and have one night where I can see my own show without having to worry about it being kid friendly. I am considering two options, Witness for the Prosecution in the jury box seats or Heathers musical.

I have seen Heathers in its initial off-Broadway run in New York and I completely loved it and have listened to the soundtrack endlessly. I’ve never seen the west end/British version where they changed/added songs. I’d love to see this version, and I don’t live in the US, so it’s just a nice reason to see the show again in general.

Witness for the Prosecution I have never seen, in any format. I don’t know the ending. I have heard it’s amazing and I would love it. But is the kind of show that will be around forever and I could catch it in another year?

What do people think is the better option?

I found these, and they look so cute together. I feel they have such great chemistry between them. These pics look real to me and not AI.

Spoilers for later seasons!
Does anyone know the specific reason why Rigsby and Van Pelt were not brought back to the fold even though the writers gave them a path to rejoin? Was it because the actors didn’t want to come back, or did the writers think the characters had run their course? I think maybe they didn’t know what to do with them after they got married and had kids (one from Wayne’s previous relationship). And the Wylie/Vega arc made it seem like the writers wanted to essentially reboot the early Rigsby/Van Pelt courtship storyline. Just wondering if anyone knew the actual reason, because I did miss them and had hoped they would come back for more than a guest plot line.

I love that the cast have stayed so close with each other. This pic is so heartwarming.
