The roof in real life is shingle but this is the color average. Any other suggestions besides these two?

Crab, butter, pickled Walla Walla sweet onions, Kewpie mayo, salmon roe

Warm buttered jumbo lump crab (I caught it myself this afternoon) with a hint of tarragon and celery, topped with pickled Walla Walla sweet onions, Kewpie mayo, and Alaskan salmon roe.

I blended fresh garlic greens into the buttermilk. 10/10
