I was dx-ed with UCTD 3(?) years ago. I've felt like shit for a month and a half now and I'm afraid I'm progressing to lupus. I also might be paranoid

I'm trying to make Christmas sweaters for my husband and myself. I've almost finished a cableknit blue for myself but I really like this one for him. I've never done two colors other than stripes.

It's like one more week that I'm closer to my goals!
It's pretty crazy how slow and frustrating weight loss was before tirzepatide, but now every week is a celebration!
Also, I'm at the beginning of my journey so I haven't hit a plateau yet.
