I have been attempting to apply for my PCC for the past few days but am encountering the following issues:
When I enter my passport number and date of birth, the system requests an OTP via both mobile and email. While I successfully receive the OTP on my mobile, I am not receiving it on my email.
If I select the "skip for now" option, the system automatically assigns me to the Passport Office in Ahmedabad. However, I currently reside in Pune and need to be routed to the correct local office.

I recently installed a Jio AirFibre my home. All the devices are working fine to the connectivity other than my Tv and set top box (which is provided by Jio itself Lmao). Anyways, I need help with how to do it since I'm trying various methods from the internet etc.
As a matter of fact, the jio app itself is not working on Jio Fibre. I need help since my tv is getting connected to the tv but it is not receiving any internet.
I’m posting this here because I’m completely helpless and need some advice or escalation paths.
On May 18th, a JioFiber representative came to my house in Katraj for the installation. He completed my KYC and told me that I must do the advance recharge right then and there, otherwise he wouldn't be able to install the router. Because Jio forces the minimum 3+1 month plan, I paid up and did the recharge. He promised he would finish the installation right away that same day.
It has been 4 days. Today is May 22nd, and forget about the installation, nobody has even turned up.
The technician has completely ghosted me. When I try calling him, his line is either busy/engaged, or he just refuses to pick up. To make things weirder, I finally got an automated SMS from Jio today saying my installation is scheduled for tonight (May 22) between 21:00 and 23:00. Obviously, nobody showed up or called.
Jio's Absolute Joke of Customer Support:
I have tried every single channel to reach Jio, and they have completely locked out human interaction:
Phone Calls: Whenever I call JioCare, the automated IVR just says "it's in process" and hangs up on me without giving me a single chance to speak with a service executive.
WhatsApp Support: Tried messaging them, but it's just a loop of useless automated chatbot responses.
Email: I tried finding their support email addresses, but the mail ID is completely unreachable/bouncing.
The Weird Local Matchmaking:
I managed to speak to a person in charge at a nearby Jio office, and when I mentioned the technician's name, he told me that this specific guy already has more than 10 active complaints against him in Pune.
Another Jio official told me that this technician's base office is all the way in Kharadi. I don't understand Jio's idiotic matchmaking system—why the hell is a technician being dispatched from Kharadi to service a residence in Katraj, especially when Bibwewadi is right next door?!
I am stuck. They have my money, the service isn't activated, the technician is dodging calls, and Jio has completely barricaded their customer service behind broken automation.
Has anyone else faced this in the Katraj/Dhankawadi area? How do I get a supervisor or node manager involved to fix this? Any help or contacts would be highly appreciated.
I am writing to report a serious issue regarding my recent order.
More than four days ago, a representative named Amol Nimbalkar (Phone: 9699759281) visited my home and completed the KYC process. Although the individual appeared to be from Jio, I have not heard from anyone since, and the installation has not been completed. I have already paid for the recharge, but I am unable to get through to a support executive via phone.
I am particularly concerned because the representative did not ask for my OTP during the process. Furthermore, when I tried to initiate a separate service request, another person informed me that Mr. Nimbalkar would be handling everything. I also found the representative's behavior to be highly suspicious, which has raised significant security concerns for me.
Can someone help me with it? I tried speaking with Jio are but it goes to bot always. Customer care says in process and hangs up (that too IVR)
