Banned From Hoplite

Sorry if this is the wrong reddit/Minecraft server.

My 10 year old was banned from hoplite for 30 days and we are trying to find out why.

I know it wasn't behavior. I'm thinking it was a mod he had. He had two mods: low fire and fast xp. Are those the reason he was banned?

If not, how can we find out the reason?

TIA from a dad trying to help educate his son on knowing and applying the rules of a game server.

Bilt Doesn't Know Their Program

Almost a month ago I used the priority pass lounge in Incheon. I had three people in my party and wanted to use my Bilt cash to pay for their access.

So, I reviewed the Bilt app and it clearly states, "pay for the additional guests through your Bilt palladium card then return here to redeem with Bilt cash and receive a $35 statement credit"

After waiting a week without it appearing on the app as an option to redeem I contacted Bilt.

--------------update-------------

After talking with Bilt customer service, this issue was resolved. They are updating their t&c and instructions on the app. Until then, I am sharing their instructions below:

When entering the lounge, present your Priority Pass (make sure it's the Bilt-linked membership in case you have other Priority Pass memberships) for yourself and your guests. The agent should make sure to put the total number of guests in one transaction so that everyone's captured under your membership. You and your first two guests are complimentary, and it's a $35 fee per additional guest. Use your Bilt Palladium card to pay for the third or more guests.

To use your Bilt Cash for a statement credit to cover the $35 additional guest fee, you will need to redeem it through the Bilt app after the charge posts to your account. This needs to be done within 30 days of the visit.

Thanks for all the comments. Well.... some anyway.

Priority Pass Guest

Family was in Incheon two weeks ago and I purchased a guest pass for a 3rd family member for the Mantina in terminal 2 (would recommend BTW).

I've tried to use my bilt cash to redeem the 3rd person expense and it's not showing up as an eligible visit.

I submitted a ticket and four days later I'm still waiting. Then today I get a request for a receipt along with screenshots of what I'm seeing on Bilt/Priority Pass. Naturally I no longer have that receipt (because Southwest lost my bags on my last leg of my trip but that's a different story).

Hopefully they get this figured out, but has anyone else experienced similar issues?

Accor Reward Value and Process

I've never used Accor and just came across them recently so I'm still learning.

I'm trying to calculate the cost of a reward stay in Boston.

Say I find a hotel that is ~4000 USD. From what I understand, upon check-in or check out I would tell them I wish to pay with points and the conversion is 1000 pts for 20 Euros.

4000 USD converts to ~3500 Euro. Which means I would need 175k points.

Is that correct?

How do I know which places accept redemption rewards?

2 months from 5/24

I'm 2 months from being under 5/24. Apparently the higher offer is ending soon. I have excellent credit and three other chase cards. Should I apply for csr?

Honolulu Premier Club

Maybe I got spoiled with MSP, but the terminal one lounge at HNL was an absolute joke. Certainly not worth the walk over to terminal A and certainly not worth the $$.

Haleakalā Sunset Time

I want to see the sunset the first week of June. Google says sunset is \~7:00. Is that correct? Seems way too early.

Also, how long should we plan on it taking to drive to the summit from Lahaina?

Thanks!

Rakuten & Bilt 101

I've looked and I'm not seeing it, apologies if my skills suck.

But is there a Bilt/Rakuten 101 to explain how this works, what to do, tips?

Signed,

Walgreens Credit Not Working

I've tried two different stores and both won't allow credit to be applied for Rx and only general merchandise.

What a complete waste.

Takadanobaba, Shinjuku City Area

Our reservation for next month in Asakusa was cancelled and I'm having a very hard time finding something for our party of 7 this close.

We found a place near Tokyo Yamate Medical Center.

Thoughts on this area?

A bit worried about how long it will take to get places.

Been looking for over a week spending numerous hours looking for a hotel.

The search function is simply archaic and unusable. There are no filters and regardless of what I put for number of people and rooms the results are always the same and the results never fit my party.

Add to the fact that the rooms are at least 2-3x what's found on Expedia or other search engines there is no reason to try and utilize the palladium/gold hotel benefits.

This greatly impacts the math for future years and I'll be downgrading or cancelling once my year is up.

It's a shame as I like the card, but it's not worth the $495 if I can never recoup the major benefits.
