Valencia Hotel in Cullera
Due to the high prices for accommodations in the city I'm thinking of booking a hotel package through the marathon site which includes transfer to and from the race.
Has anyone had experience with this? Is it a reliable option?
Hey guys! You gotta listen to The Rolling Stones' latest album!
Is 16 GB really enough?
SOLVED! Thanks everyone for your responses - I'm convinced it's enough.
Looking to purchase my first box and would like to ask if 16 GB is enough memory? Usage would be simply adding apps from stations and streaming from their media libraries, no real subscriptions, and occasionally films from a USB stick.
Also, how compatible are other remotes with the boxes? If I were to buy a used device, could I easily get a new remote working with it?
Cross-platform issues in 29
Since upgrading to 29 we are experiencing issues in the way Archicad handles file paths. In previous versions, I could set publisher paths and translators or place drawings from the server and the Windows PCs had absolutely no trouble reading the path /Volumes/Project/... The server is mounted in smb://
Now in 29 the PCs are getting a path On Mac: /Volumes/Project/... and cannot publish or update drawings. They have to relink everything to /D:/Project/... and then I can't access it like it always has been.
In order to install Archicad 29 I had to upgrade my Mac from Monterey and now run Sonoma. Although I have not noticed any changes in network behavior, could it possibly be something different in Sonoma? Has anyone experienced this and have a suggestion?
I heard it today in the department store 🥲
Bring On The Dancing Horses (1985)
Samba connection is broken
I really haven't figured this one out. When I attempt to connect to a NAS from Kubuntu I get an error but when I refresh everything appears ok but then transfers fail. The error in KDE Dolphin is connection is broken
The log shows Address family not supported by protocol
In the config is client min protocol SMB2 and max SMB3 as well as on the NAS server. I also have in the config bind to interface lo and the IP of the NAS
What else can I do?
A colleague had this problem a few months ago and today another colleague is experiencing it on a different project and I'm sure a different library. The bim library is shown as loaded but it shows no size in bytes like the others and of course the objects are missing. I think the other time I just removed it and maybe deleted it from the local data before reloading it, but none of this is working. In fact, the library does not even appear in the local data. Other users on the project have no problems. Does anyone have an idea?
I'm currently on a DS216j with two 4 TB disks. It's running great but a little slow and I want to start getting some docker or containers running and the j series doesn't support this.
I have an opportunity to get a 218+ and want to ask how difficult it would be to move the drives to the new NAS. I read that there is migration assistant but could not find it in the installable apps so I'm thinking this is going to be more difficult than I originally thought.
What would be the best way to move the drives to a new server?
It's that time again and we're getting ready for a new season! People come and go in Berlin and again we are in search of new players for our fastpitch softball team. This is a mixed league of 9 teams and we are looking for female players to balance it out.
Our field is located in the south of Berlin and easily reached with the S-Bahn. Practice is on Wednesday evenings and games are played on Sundays. The season is from May through September. Reliability is expected.
If you are ready for some serious fun send me a private message soon 🥎
I read that the boat arrives early in the day and many people see the day in Padrón as lost time. Has anyone ever taken the boat from Vilanova de Arousa to Pontecesures and then walked through Padrón to Santiago?
