What packs/boxes do you recommend I buy.? Any other suggestions for a new player? I don’t plan on playing in any tournaments, just with a couple of my friends. I have 70 cards in total, 6 mando & grogu movie promos, and 4, 16 card boosters. Pictured is my collection on the Holo-scan app.

Is it just me or does Rebels seem a little more directed towards children than other animated shows like TCW?

First time here, I have a star wars OC i would love to see drawn out (Pictures are refrences details in body)

My star wars OC is a Dathomirian Zabrak Jedi. He is heavily tattooed like Darth Maul and Savage Oppress. His horns should be fairly sharp and pretty long but not too large that they look like a crown. 3-4 inches in length should be perfect. He wears standard Jedi robes that are ever so slightly more baggy than normal. He is fairly skinny and should be around 6 ft./1.87m. His skin tone is a bright yellow. No jewelry please! One of his habits in keeping his hands in his sleeves, so dont worry about drawing his hands!Any art style is welcome! And thank you so much!!!!

Please leave out the lightsaber I already have a drawing of it!

I would love to pay for this but im a kid and i dont have any money.

My Star Wars OC. Give me ideas for improvement!

Toren Venn (Canon Friendly)[i think]

Toren Venn-A Dathomirian Zabrak Jedi Knight, his yellow skin covered in heavy black ritual tattooing from his people’s traditions. Born from a warrior culture but shaped by the Jedi Order, he required strict discipline to control his intensity, which he gained under Jedi Master Plo Koon. Recognizing Toren’s unwavering sense of justice and discipline, Plo Koon eventually entrusted him with one of his most close guarded secrets, Force Justice. Plo Koon taught Venn advanced strategy, Force abilities and mastery in lightsaber combat.

Lightsaber Combat

Toren Venn had mastered Makashi, Soresu and Djem-So by the time of the first battle of Geonosis. He also often used Niman, but never fully mastered it. He found a particular beauty in Soresu, in which he trained the most in. While highly proficient in multiple forms, Venn rarely relied on mastery alone, instead adapting his style to prioritize survival and restraint over dominance. He despised Vaapad, not because it was hard to deal with, because he had adapted to dueling against it, but because he thought it conflicted with the Jedi ideals.

Early Years

Toren Venn was born in a small, isolated community on Dathomir. He lived there for about 2 years, when Jedi Master Ki-Adi Mundi came, and took him to the Jedi Order.

Under Plo Koon’s structure, Venn became a Jedi defined not by aggression or fame, but by knowledge, restraint, and preservation.

He spent most of his early life in the Jedi Archives under Jocasta Nu, studying history, languages, Force theory, and ancient Jedi doctrine. Over time, he began preserving knowledge into encrypted data pucks stored within a Force-accessible compartment in his lightsaber.

The 137th Legion

When the Clone Wars began, Venn was assigned command of the 137th Legion, a small but highly efficient Republic unit.

Led by Commander Haleki, the legion specialized in precise, low-casualty missions and consistently executed difficult objectives with discipline and reliability.

Commander Haleki was deeply loyal, independent, and contemplative—interpreting Jedi philosophy into tactical decisions while maintaining personal judgment.

Venn also used a rare Force technique to slow the aging of select clones, allowing long-term continuity between campaigns and strengthening his bond with his soldiers.

Their armor was black with yellow markings, reflecting discipline, identity, and controlled intensity.

Training Duel with Anakin Skywalker

During the Clone Wars, Venn participated in a friendly nine-hour training duel with Anakin Skywalker.

It was not combat driven by hostility, but a test of endurance and technique between two highly skilled Jedi duelists. Both used it to refine skill and understanding. Venn had won by technicality.

Neither treated it as conflict—only growth.

Order 66

When Order 66 was about to unfold, Venn already sensed something deeply wrong in the Force.

He did not flee in silence.

He gathered his clones and addressed them directly: “Something terrible is coming… very soon. You must trust me as I have trusted all of you. I must go into hiding. Do not believe the lies of the Sith. Keep true to our ideals. May the Force be with you, always.”

Commander Haleki and the 137th understood, but could not prevent what followed.

Venn then took his fighter, destroyed all tracking systems, and escaped to Mandalore.

Mandalore, Capture, and Inquisitorius

Venn knew that after the republic’s efforts on Mandalore, it would be of little importance to the empire.

On Mandalore, he reinforced his lightsaber with beskar for structural stability and forged custom beskar arm guards engraved with the numbers “137,” and glove plates making him far more durable in combat and survival situations.

He was captured by Inquisitors shortly before the Imperial bombing of Mandalore.

The grand inquisitor observed his skills, and so Torrn Venn was taken in, where he was trained as an Inquisitor. Despite the torture and conditioning, Venn stayed true to his ideals. On his first deployment, he killed his assigned fellow Inquisitor and immediately escaped.

He fled to Ilum.

Ilum became his long-term refuge.

Ilum and the White Blade

On Ilum, Venn replaced his Jedi kyber crystal with a red Inquisitor crystal and purified it into a white blade. He set up a small home, deep in the kyber caverns.

The Hidden Network

It was here where he contacted Former Captain Rex, where he told that Haleki and several other clones from his legion had joined his cause. Some clones remained in the empire, some with Rex’s group of rebels. Venn requested all intel be given to him, to tell the growing rebellion. Haleki came to Ilum and lived with Venn until he died. He had also learned of the emperors plans for Exegol through Imperial contacts, though he was unaware of what it truly meant at the time. Venn continued to make contacts in the empire even after clones were phased out, becoming one of the rebellion’s most credible and vital intelligence assets, despite never revealing his identity. His callsign was “Beacon” The alliance knew nothing of how this intel was gathered or where or who it came from, but he quickly became their most trusted source.

The Rebellion’s Hidden Asset

During the empire, he sat back and provided intel to the Rebellion, including tips on Project Stardust and the Second Death Star, though he never told anyone what he knew about Exegol. He was so secretive, that even after years of fruitless searches, the Empire concluded that Toren Venn had perished during the Purge. His file was sealed, and his name quietly disappeared from Imperial records. He was declared dead by the empire. Though he never had an encounter with Vader, he knew of his existence.

Luke Skywalker And The New Order

After the destruction of the Second Death Star, he traveled to Luke’s new Jedi order on Ossus, where met Luke, the new savior of the galaxy, but Venn sensed immense conflict within Luke, but also hope unlike anything he had felt since the fall of the Republic. He decided that the Force had already decided Luke’s path. He stayed away from Luke, and returned to Ilum.

The Last Of The 137th

After the empire’s fall, the 137th slowly began to die off. Despite the Jedi rules against attachment, this deeply damaged Venn. Venn kept a collection of their helmets in his cove on Ilum. As he watched the collection grow, Venn cried for the first time in his life. Haleki was the last to die. Venn buried him himself beneath the ice of Ilum. With Haleki’s death, Venn’s belief in attachment as a weakness was permanently challenged, though he never abandoned the Jedi Code. Commander Haleki’s helmet became the final one placed upon the stone shelf overlooking the kyber caves. For many years afterward, Venn would meditate there in silence before beginning each day.

The First Order and Kylo Ren

When the First Order began to rise, Venn remained hidden on Ilum, continuing to gather intelligence through the network of former Imperial officers and agents he had cultivated over decades. Among the reports he continued to receive were increasingly frequent references to an ancient Sith world known only as Exegol. Though he understood it was connected to Emperor Palpatine’s contingency plans from his knowledge from the Empire, its true purpose remained unclear. Unbeknownst to him at first, Ilum itself would later be transformed by the First Order into Starkiller Base.

As the First Order converted Ilum into Starkiller Base, Venn withdrew deeper into the planet’s vast kyber caverns, avoiding discovery for as long as possible.

Eventually, Kylo Ren sensed another Force presence on the planet and sought it out.

First Encounter

Kylo confronted the old Jedi within the crystal caverns.

Venn quickly defeated the escorting stormtroopers without taking unnecessary lives. When Kylo ignited his lightsaber, Venn simply said, “I seek neither your death nor your power. Leave me to my exile.”

Kylo sensed no deception. Curious about the mysterious Jedi who had survived the Empire unnoticed for decades, he chose to leave, believing the old man posed no immediate threat.

Second Encounter

Several weeks later, Kylo returned under direct orders to eliminate the unidentified Force user.

This time the two fought.

Venn’s decades of discipline, mastery of dueling and force alignment allowed him to overcome Kylo’s aggression. The duel ended with Kylo disarmed and defeated.

Rather than killing him, Venn extinguished his blade. Venn stated calmly, “Your path is not mine to decide. It is of the will of the Force.”

Kylo withdrew in anger and humiliation, never forgetting the defeat.

The Fall of Starkiller Base

Soon afterward, the Resistance launched its assault on Starkiller Base.

Using decades of knowledge of Ilum’s crystal network, Venn secretly transmitted structural information and navigational routes through his intelligence contacts. The Resistance never learned his identity, but his information helped them reach critical sections of the base.

Before Starkiller Base was destroyed, Venn escaped through ancient kyber tunnels moments before the planet’s destruction. He loaded only what he deemed necessary, all of the clone helmets, his robes and armor, and his lightsaber. He boarded the final resistance transport disguised as a medic.

The galaxy never knew another Jedi had been there.

Venn relocated to a remote, abandoned, underwater facility on Kamino. He chose the abandoned Kamino facility for its isolation and its historical connection to the clones he had once commanded.

The Final Order and Exegol

Realizing that the destruction of Starkiller Base had not ended the Sith threat, Venn finally investigated the mystery that had haunted him since the days of the Empire.

Following decades of intelligence reports, he confirmed the existence of Exegol and its hidden Sith fleet.

Knowing he could not defeat such a force alone, he encrypted every coordinate, observation, and Imperial report he possessed into his archive data pucks.

These records would later become one of the sources that helped the Resistance understand the scale of Palpatine’s final contingency.

Though he never fought on Exegol himself, his lifetime of gathering information ensured that knowledge of the hidden world would not be lost.

Rey and the Rebuilt Jedi Order

Following the defeat of the Final Order, Rey began rebuilding the Jedi Order.

Years later, Venn revealed himself to her.

He immediately sensed the conflict surrounding her lineage and her internal struggles but also recognized something more important—her unwavering choice to follow the light despite it.

Remembering the words he had spoken to the 137th Legion decades earlier— “Keep true to our ideals.” — and he chose trust over fear.

He did not see her as a successor to Luke or the Jedi of old, but as something new—unburdened by the failures of the past.

He became one of her greatest teachers.

The Final Teaching

Venn entrusted Rey with the archives he had spent a lifetime preserving.

Together they reorganized the teachings of the old Jedi Order, openly discussing both its triumphs and its failures.

Venn personally instructed the first generation of Rey’s students in subjects few others still understood:

ancient Jedi history
forgotten Force techniques
languages
Clone Wars history
the dangers of the dark side
and the mistakes that had led to the Republic’s fall.

His goal was not to recreate the old Order, but to ensure its failures would never be repeated.

Knighthood and Passing

When ten of the new generation had completed their training, Venn stood beside Rey as they were knighted.

The following morning, Toren Venn quietly became one with the Force.

For the first time in centuries, Toren Venn was no longer preserving the past—only becoming part of it; knowing that the knowledge he had spent a lifetime protecting would endure in the hands of a new generation.

Legacy

Toren Venn was never remembered as the Jedi who defeated the Empire or saved the galaxy.

Instead, he became something quieter—and perhaps more enduring.

He was remembered as the Jedi who preserved the past so that the future would never have to repeat it.

His greatest victory was not won with a lightsaber, but with knowledge.

Sadly, I think I must clarify, no AI was used except google’s AI overview to check if Zabraks could lives this long.

Pictured is his saber.

Is there any explanation about why Crosshair and Tech look different than normal clones?

Like where they cloned from someone else? (3rd image is just for reference.)
