[F 13] I think I'm asexual

I've never had a crush on a real person, and the closest I've ever felt to romance is adoring the writing of a character. I've never been sexually excited of a person in front of my eyes (before it gets to me, I disgust myself). I struggle with porn, too. If I were to have sex, both genders would be fine with me (however, having no experience, I can't really tell this). Even for a romantic relationship, gender wouldn't matter much to me. Personality heavily weighs down everything else (the appearance still remains fundamental, for my rational self).

Maybe I'm asexual and bisexual, but without experimentation, I can't confirm anything. Can I even be both?

Qualunque feedback o addirittura aiuto è ben accolto. Grazie per aver letto.

Isle Unto Thyself interpretation

for those who don't have seen the previous post, here

I repeat: it's called Hawaii: part II because Simon has two personalities, which I'll call Simon X and Simon Y

now, let's start

“Blinding shining star

You won't see so far

Know what can't be shown

Feel what can't be known”

Again, Simon thinks Stella is his key, because she may know what he can't show and feel what he can't know, even though “she won't see so far”. I mean, she's literally on an island.

“You were an island unto thyself

You had a heart you hadn't felt

Why would it hurt me?

Or was it real?”

Simon thinks that Stella is lonely, too, having the Isle Unto Thyself (sorry for the english). Obviously, Simon thought he would be the one who could make her “feel her heart”, since, probably, she never had the opportunity before. Here comes Simon Y: he asks if X is sure that the image he's projecting on Stella is real (“or was it real?”) and if this idealization could hurt him, because he has just met her and he's already making absurd expectations. X responds with “why would it hurt me?”, as if he really took it for granted that Stella is someone so benevolent.

“It was the night we had to part

We were afraid to miss the start

What did it matter?

Why would it matter?

And could we heal?”

Simon is supposed to leave,

“It was the night we had to part”.

Stella should’ve “lived forever (only) tonight”, as said in Introduction to the Snow, but Simon X doesn't want to leave, he's afraid to miss the start of a bliss, and believes Stella feels the same, too,

We were afraid to miss the start” .

Y doesn't know why Stella should be the key, why does X matter so much or if it even matters to heal each other;

“What did it matter?

Why would it matter?

And could we heal?” .

“Blinding shining star

You won't see so far

Know what can't be shown

Feel what can't be known”

Here, they remember the reason.

“I was a victim of magic

Apollo, catching my breath as I bled on the ground

Somebody called me to follow

I followed thinking aloud without hearing the sound”

Simon X suffers the fate he has (loneliness) so much that he thinks he’s victim of a magical spell,

“I was a victim of magic”.

“Apollo, catching my breath as I bled on the ground

Somebody called me to follow”

Apollo represents Stella: someone who he can’t fully understand (the human mind can’t understand gods), because “she knows what can't be shown and feels what can't be known”, and so she can “heal him”, pushing him to follow her blindly.

A small detail: since Apollo is the God of the Sun, “blinding shining star” is also a reference.

“I followed thinking aloud without hearing the sound”

Simon Y who can’t trust Stella and tries to tell it, since they (X and Y) just meet her, but Simon X ignores him.

“Then, all the planets fell to dust

Lonely departing after us

Gone, not forgotten

Long, but forgotten old lore

In every element of life

Love camouflaging under strife or other matters

Minds over matters, let there be more”

Do you remember the “alone at the edge of a universe humming a tune”? Now, the universe is "falling to dust", and for Simon, only Stella exists, to the point of forgetting why he is in Hawaii and that he should leave.

“Maybe you'll exit tomorrow

The sorrow sweeping you off as your island replies

Sudden invincible flowing

A river clearer than all thou might view with thine eyes”

He would be willing to take her with him “to heal her” (and himself. “And could we heal?”), since "she won't see so far", in the isle.

“Why did fire-erupted lands arrive?

Why did murderous animals survive?

Why did we deserve to be revived?

Why was any and everything alive?”

He wonders why the world around him exists and why it is so dangerous. Stella, at this point, became his world. Simon X doesn't need anything else. He sees the outside world as an enemy.

Introduction to the Snow interpretation

I'm working on White Ball for now, but for IdtS, I'm confident enough with the interpretation to post it

It's called Hawaii: part II because Simon has two personalities, which I'll call Simon X and Simon Y, but here there isn't any conflict between the two.

“Alone at the edge of a universe humming a tune With sparkling crystals souls aglow”

Simon arrives at Hawaii, alone, and immediately sees Stella.

“A part of thee in the key of what we know to be every part without me Knows only two can make it light”.

Here he convinces himself that Stella will be the key to his solitude.

At the end there is this verse:

“You'll live forever tonight”.

This says that Stella will become Simon's world for that night. Afterwards, he will have to leave for reasons that, for now, aren't explained.

When I'll have fully consolidated Isle Unto Thyself, I will publish it

I need to know more of Kikuos songs (I only listen to Kikuohana and some popular songs like Let's Go to Heaven or Ponkara Color, if that's its name), and I want to see which ones are the fans' favorites, instead of going through random albums

edit: I'll take a little to respond to y'all 😭
