I (28) am currently working as Java fullstsck Developer with 5 years of relevant experience and I have been part of one service based and two product based organisations which come under fortune 500 companies
. People who have switched to 50 lakhs above. Can they let me know that what skills that do I need to add on? Do I need to specifically focus a lot on DSA? like what additonal skills additionally do i need to learn .
Would be a great help it people making in b/w 40-60 lakhs can guide and also if anybody has given interviews recently . Ps : i am not after FAANG

I am 28 and I currently work remote with a Product based company and I would like to switch to organisation, who is flexible with remote and would offer 40-50 lakhs or above.
Except start-ups could anybody suggest what all skill sets are needed in the interviews recently or who have are currently working in those organisations so that I could prepare.

Those who own My Mini Dior in light colour , Could you suggest how do you take care of it as and how do you prevent it from colour transfer etc.

I have started building my Luxury collection. Only thing which bothers me is if at all i ll go for the black then my whole collection would become black, and I have OCD and i nitpick things😭 . (I also wear dark colors mostly).

Folks, what do you do usually in this case when you complete your work-in given time, but while doing the work if i face sudden issues and l try to communicate with manager sometimes I feel like, he gives befitting answers like kind of behaves unecessary rude and he was pretty nice when he was newer, and now it’s just been and more than an year for him in this organisation and he is becoming little rude as what I could observe, how do you deal with this kind of shitty thing? I would definitely try to move to a new organisation, but currently due to work from home thing i’m currently in my comfort zone. I’ll be planning to switch in sometime, but this behaviour is what gives me a major ick. Sometimes I feel like I should give him back the way he comes to me, but then I feel I should keep my mouth shut.

There is a colleague of mine who gives such kind of rude answers and we all were in the same group and suddenly I see that my manager also is picking up the same kind of behaviour is what the colleague does with me. Because the colleague is senior and maybe because he thinks that yeah he could talk like that, so now this manager just copied the way my colleague behaves😂 lol ( ps : indirect taunts or in constant dismissing tone)
