One Person "Agency" Possible?

I have been building my agency for the last 10/11 months.

I have learned everything from youtube + free resources. But I feel now I really a feedback on my current situation from an experience person, just to be sure I am on the right track as I am donig everything myself.

However, Whenever I tried to get some feedback from any agency owner who's currently doing $10k-$20 or $50k per month, he tries to sell me his 1:1 coaching programme. (Which I dont have the budget)

I understood some fundamentals things, and already prepared that for my agency.

To begin with is Niche (Selected)

  1. Offer creation: (which I already created)

  2. Landing Page: (also done)

  3. ICP: (Done)

  4. Content and Outreach: So this is the real thing here as per i understood, 80% of time should be spent here (what I am doing is creating a list of 100 Dream Client, and doing omni channel outreach, focus is on Quality not Quantity)

  5. Lastly: Sales, Hiring, Client Onboarding, Scaling etc (still working on it)

(I really want to have someone experience provide me some feedback on my progres, will not take more than 10 minutes, because I have been playing the guessing game in the last 10/11 months, and not sure whether this niche will work or not)

Now, I have some paid client atm, which pay my bills. And I will be honest for the last 3,4 months I was not consistent with outreach and content.

(Now If I lock in and do daily outreach and content as my life depends on it, would it be possible to get my First Client)

Or I need to enroll in a coaching programme, which I dont have the budget right now

Anyone here, if you could please help me with this?

"Validate my Idea"

I am building an agency from scratch.

What really bothers me is the niche I am in, I am a video editor, however I decide to niche down and offer my services to only Video Podcasters.

I will help thek turn one podcast episode into Short Form Videos, Linkedin Post, Newsletter, Lead Magnets, Carousel, plus Full Episode and Trailer Edit.

In short Podcast Editing and Distribution

amd Yes, I have created an offer which sells the outcome here, not the process.

However, i am very scared deep down whether this will work or not, living in doubts. When is actually the right moment to change the niche?

Also, if you could help me Validate this idea of mine it would greatly help me to go all in and start my outreach

Best!

What you "Love" about Dhaka

for me, it’s the old building that i see between the newly constructed ones

some lanes, that tells a story

and people, yeah most people cannot be trusted, however i often came across some individuals whos life is way way different and diverse than mine.

but, the city moves, really fast

i relate to a line here from the film "Lunchbox"

"life is very busy here, There are too many people, and everyone wants what the other has."

Do you think most video podcasts are underusing their content?

I've been noticing something recently.

A B2B video podcast contains 45-90 minutes of ideas, stories and examples, yet most creators publish the full episode, maybe a few clips, and move on to the next one.

It made me wonder...

Why isn't it more common to build an entire week's worth of content from a single episode?

For example: Shorts/Reels, LinkedIn posts, X threads, Newsletters, Carousels, Lead magnets

If you run a podcast, is this something you've tried?

If not, what's stopping you?

Update:

I sincerely apologise, the whole point of this post was to SELL, yes I wont deny that, and as someone who is new to this subreddit I didn't knew it would piss many of you, and I am ready to take the heat.

I genuienly appreciate the comments on this post from people, like they have shared their genuinine wisdom here, taking time and writing such lenghty feedbacks.

I will abide by the community rules moving forward and I want to thank everyone who had contributed to this post, it has definately helped me understand what my audience wants, and would love to know more.

Hope everyone sees this, I will delete this post a after 24 hours

Is podcast repurposing actually a business people will pay for?

So this is a something i should have asked way before, rather than delaying.

I am a Video Editor, and as u all know, in 2026 its better if I target a specific niche in video editing, and cater to that.

My offer, packaging everything will be based on that Target Audience, So I decided to target (B2B Podcaster)

Core Offer: I help podcasters turn every episode into weeks on content.

I started an agency where I offer 2 services, Podcast editing (trailers, body) and **Podcast Distribution (**Turning one podcast episode into multiple content format ex: Shortform, Written post for Linkedin and X, Carousel, Magnet, Newsletter etc)

With just one Video Podcast Episode you can turn it into a Full Content Operating System.

I am struggling with 2 things

  1. What type of should I post? to attract clients, like I know my audience are most active on Instagram, what should i post there rather than generic AI slop)

  2. Is Podcast Repurposing service is a valid service? I have seen literally no one offering this service.

Anyone here, would really appreciate your help (If u are a video podcaster)

How to hire "A Good Editor"

Hey, so I have pivoting to become an agency operator from a video editor, still not there yet

I found it really hard to "Hire" local editors, I always overpay them, however, they fuck up.

Just yesterday, i hired someone for a project based job, and when the deadline arrived " He was unable to handle the files, his oc couldn’t handle 4k footage"

this was not the first time, i almost get traumatised when i think of hiring someone new.

The 1/2 good editor I know, i get heavily dependent on them, and as a reason i have to overpay them else they wont work.

But I always try to overpay, however they screw up.

And it’s impossible to scale an agency without editors, I see people handling a team of 20+editors, they are all top notch, but the founder doesn’t know that much editing.

I am still stuck at $350/m, even after 5 yrs

I started editing videos back in 2022, I first got my computer at that time and still editing on that. I didn't realize how time flies. If I look back at my journey, I was enrolled in a university, doing bachelors and editing videos. The first 2,3 years was really painful.

Classes, editing and stuck with low income, but just today I realize that its been almost 5 years, and I still havenot able to scale my income to more than $350, yeah some month there was $400 or $450, however, the average is $300 $350 ish.

I am 26 right now, I see one the internet 22,23 yrs making millions with video editing.

the issue is I am not consistent with anything, and I dont upskill myself, but what is the main issue here is i dont have a proper guideline, i get lost in the sea of rando tutorials on youtube, and for a very long time, I had consumed most of them, however implemented not even 1%.

If you talk to me in person, you will find me as a very smart, cool guy, who follows naval ravikant, read non fiction shits, like the psycology of money, watch alex hormozi videos.

But in reality the number speak for itsself, $350 per month

I maybe the single person on earth who knows his shit, but still stuck at this income level, living in constant fear and expecting the next pay check to hit soon.

Guys, if u can leave something, I would be grateful

Thanks!
