"Permanently" deleted assets reappear every few days.

This has happened several times, but this one video in particular is driving me nuts. It's a 42 second vid and there are 2 copies as well totalling 3. Tor some reason they have a creation date of 2036 so they're always top of the page whenever I open it up. I'll delete all 3 and go to my trash and empty it. It will confirm the "Permanently deleted assets" status and a few days later all 3 show back up like it never happened. I installed Immich over a year ago and currently have Ver 2.7.5 in a Synology Docker container. While that one example sticks out, there are actually more than I've found that seem to just reappear.

Cell phone vs airgun

I had an old moto cell phone that was too outdated to repurpose so rather than just toss it I thought I'd put a hole in it. I have a Beeman P17 which I thought had a pretty good punch, but the picture of the phone above is the after" once I wiped off the spot where the pellet hit. The pellet to the right is what the one on the left started out like. I took another try at the back (not pictured) since it's glass too, but it pretty much blew up as I'd hoped the front would. Interesting experiment though.

Drive failure question

This happened a couple days ago and I'm pretty nervous about it. It's a 2 drive NAS and I built it with 2 WD Red Plus about 18 months ago. It's under warranty and when I send this one they'll send the replacement. Meanwhile, I bought a couple Red Pros to replace both but they're not scheduled to hit my doorstep until Wednesday. I'm essentially flying without a net, but I only have to make it 3 days before I can start rebuilding the storage pool. The drive still passes the quick S.M.A.R.T scan, but it does show a couple bad sectors. My question is how nervous should I be?

I have a 2019 Ford fusion hybrid SEL. Just got a vehicle health report yesterday. Said zero problems. Everything was great. So today I stopped at the store to pick up some orange juice and when I came out the car was dead. I couldn't get in, I couldn't open the trunk, and I had to pry off that little cover to get that stupid key in the door lock. Once I got in the car nothing worked. I still couldn't open the trunk. I had to fold down the seats and stab at it with an umbrella to pull open that emergency release. Then I jumped it and it started up and I drove home. Called the Ford dealership and apparently these don't have battery warning lights anymore but they were able to check the car remotely and see that the battery was at 3%. So I guess the important thing to know is that the vehicle health report doesn't tell you anything about your car battery and neither do any dash warning lights or the my Ford app.
