We live in a dysfunctional self-centered world.

We live in a dysfunctional self-centered world, allowing many to struggle due to humanity’s indifference.

Though most man-made challenges may be ended today, we choose not to.

Rather humanity prefers to accept the status quo.

Inequity, prejudice, war, hunger, are but a few of the hundreds of problems and harmful actions we ignore, believing there is little we may do to stop these injustices.

We may end these needless hardships though.

To do so, humanity must wake from its slumber, realizing only together, recognizing the equal importance of every life, will our planet and all life on it thrive, and humanity’s many self-inflicted problems be mitigated.

Every life is exceptional, beautiful in every way.

It matters not appearance, beliefs, flaws, or any other differences there may be between us.

Embrace each other with unconditional love, rather than judgment, seeing beyond the exterior and façade of another, to their loving flawless essence within.

~ The genuine meaning of our life’s journey ~

Within every life is an essence, spirit, soul, god, higher-self.

It matters not what it is called.

It is an ethereal presence intimately connecting each life together, present to give our lives meaning.

When we first sense its messages, then selflessly share its wisdom and unconditional love, the reason we are born, the genuine meaning of our life’s journey, becomes clear.

~ Though we have awoken, why enlightenment eludes us ~

The ego, our self-centered beliefs, convinces us happiness, success, and meaning may be found in the world.

If we even partially believe this, though we may have awoken, sensing the first messages from our spirit within, enlightenment will elude us.

The spirit, however, asks us to seek our answers only within, where they have always been, and then to selflessly share its wisdom and unconditional love with all others.

It is ironic; we spend our entire life searching for meaning, yet we have always had the answers.

We were simply looking for them in the wrong place.

Religion vs. Spirituality

Religion, created by man, divides the world; spirituality unites it.

Though religion may have begun with good intentions, its interpretations of its basic tenets soon took on human meanings.

The result of this is war, prejudice, inequity, due to humanity’s different beliefs about god.

Spirituality comes from within, where the inherent loving beliefs and wisdom of god, spirit, soul, exists in every life.

These are the pure whole emotions and beliefs we are meant to share with all others.

Everyone, regardless of their religion or differences, are equally accepted; no one religion is considered better than another.

Instead, the loving messages and wisdom of our spirit are selflessly shared to benefit all.

Our children are needlessly dying.

Our children are needlessly dying, their light extinguished before their appointed time.

Innocent, they die from indiscriminate violence, drugs, starvation, their slight bodies lifeless in an uncaring world, too self-centered to care or notice.

A world allowing the genocide of children is untenable.

To end this carnage, we must rise up, challenge the self-absorbed beliefs allowing this to happen, then embrace all our children, regardless of their appearance, beliefs, or circumstances in life, with unconditional love and genuine concern for their well-being, rather than to continue to feign ignorance and indifference to the injustices they may suffer in the world.

Humanity has never been superior, though they believe they are.

Humanity has never been superior, though they believe they are.

While they are the dominant species on our planet, allowing them to take advantage of lower life forms, the earth, and each other, this belief is the reason humanity remains in its spiritual infancy.

Only by truly respecting the equal importance of every life, the symbiotic relationship mankind has with all lifeforms, our planet, and each other, may humanity evolve, allowing them to discover their true purpose in the universe.

~ How we view the world ~

How we view the world depends on the eyes through which we see it.

If we accept all we were taught, the world will be a very dark place, its colors muted by an array of impure hues.

If, however, the world is seen through the eyes of our loving spirit, soul, god, within, our vision will become clear revealing the infinite possibilities life offers.

~ An Existential Question ~

Why are we alive? This question has been asked for millennia by philosophers, teachers, religious leaders, and many others. Many believe we are alive to go to school, get a well-paying job that will allow us to buy material possessions, have a family, and enjoy life’s many pleasures. We believe if we do these things, our life will have been well-lived and meaningful.

Is that why we are alive though; to succeed by achieving all our goals? That is an existential question. In spirituality, there is a belief there is much more to life than just success in the world; that there is a genuine, more important reason for our life’s journey, having little to do with what we were taught.

When we understand there is a spirit, a piece of god present within every life, guiding our life with its universal knowledge, the true purpose of life becomes evident: to selflessly share our spirit’s wisdom and unconditional love to help all others live a good life and find meaning in their lives as well.

~ Love ~

Words are not necessary to reveal our love.

Gently hold another’s hand, quietly listen to their reflections, warmly hug them when they need strength, look deeply into their eyes, their soul within.

Then they will truly know your love.

~ Who We Truly Are ~

Who we truly are has little to do with our appearance; our body is but a shell housing the ego, our self-centered beliefs, and the spirit, present to give our lives meaning by sharing its inherent wisdom and unconditional love to help guide our life’s choices. Our value does not lie with the amount of money we make, our job, beliefs, or any other superficial comparisons we may choose to make.

Who we really are lies within us. We will only truly know who we are when we share our spirit’s wisdom and love, without motive or benefit, to selflessly help others discover who they truly are as well.

When you look at another, see past their appearance, behind the facade they present to the world, beyond their beliefs and accomplishments in the world. Look to their spirit within each, for that is where the genuine value of a life truly lies.

It is not too late to change the many challenges the world faces, but time for change is rapidly vanishing.

~ Is It Too Late to Change the World?

We live in a world of inequity, greed, prejudice; of war, hunger, homelessness. A world where many people are unhappy, stressed, struggling daily to survive. This, and many other man-made problems and harmful emotions are the result of living in a self-centered world, concerned only for what is best for us, rather than for others. Most believe these things are a normal part of life, but they need not be.

We have the technology now to end hunger, homelessness, climate change, and many of humanity’s greatest challenges. We have the ability now to end indifference, greed, prejudice, and all of mankind’s harmful emotions. By adopting a different path through life, selflessly sharing our innate wisdom and unconditional love with each other we may change the world now.

Humanity has a choice to make, but it will take a monumental shift of consciousness, a spiritual revolution; one where what is best for everyone and our planet itself, takes precedence over what is best only for ourselves or the few. The change must first begin within each of us, realizing our genuine purpose in life is to embrace the wisdom and loving messages within, then share them, without motive or benefit, with the world. It is not too late to do this, but time for change is rapidly vanishing. If we do nothing, the choice may be made for us.
