Kredit za mlade + kes kredit

Pozdrav svima!

[For hire] Backend & Distributed Systems Engineer - Available for B2B / Contract / Part-time Work

Backend and distributed systems engineer with 3+ years of production experience building cloud-native systems and AI infrastructure. I specialize in the hard parts of the stack - consensus, replication, failure modes, and what actually makes systems scale.

Recent Work

  • Designed and delivered a multi-tenant system with 30+ microservices for device analytics and fleet management serving thousands of customers
  • Built event-driven data flows supporting operational analytics and AI-assisted decision-making
  • Architected a polyglot microservice stack (Go, Python, .NET) on Azure Kubernetes Service with event routing via RabbitMQ and Azure Service Bus
  • Implemented transactional outbox patterns to eliminate message loss and dual-write inconsistencies at scale
  • Operated an AI agent orchestration pipeline integrating Claude Code and enterprise agents into development workflows with policy guardrails
  • Worked with Angular & React on the frontend side; optimized several production applications

Worked with

  • Languages: Go, Python, C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL
  • Distributed Systems: Event-driven architecture, replication, fault tolerance, multitenancy, BFT/consensus algorithms
  • Cloud & Platform: Azure (AKS, Blob Storage, Redis), Kubernetes, Istio, ArgoCD, observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Data & Messaging: PostgreSQL (logical replication/CDC), Redis, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etcd
  • AI Agents: Tool API integration, runtime policy enforcement, governance frameworks

Open to discussing your project needs, timeline, and budget.

Looking for a Co-Founder partnership with 5 years experience in building software

Hi all!

I’m looking to get involved with an early-stage startup as a technical builder and take ownership across the development process - from architecture and tech-stack decisions to implementation, deployments, and infrastructure.

I have hands-on experience doing exactly that in my previous roles in industrial based companies - building cloud-native solutions from the ground up and helping companies digitalize their products and operations.

In technical terms - I've shipped systems with 30+ microservices behind them, owning the whole stack - identity management, building, event-driven communication, deployments on Azure clusters, etc.

If you’re building something similar or interesting and need someone who can own the technical side and build alongside you, I’d love to connect.

DM if interested! I'll send you my CV and we can talk more.

[For Hire] Two brothers available for freelance work — Frontend/UI Design + Backend/Distributed Systems

Hi everyone,

We’re two brothers based in Europe and currently available for freelance or contract projects.

Together, we can handle a product from interface design and frontend implementation through backend architecture, infrastructure, and deployment.

Frontend & Design

My brother focuses on:

  • UI/UX and product design in Figma
  • Wireframes and interactive prototypes
  • Responsive web applications and landing pages
  • SaaS dashboards and complex data-heavy interfaces
  • Reusable components and scalable design systems
  • Accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
  • Frontend performance, technical SEO, and responsive behavior
  • Modernizing or redesigning existing applications
  • Translating Figma designs into accurate, maintainable frontend code
  • Creating a consistent visual identity across the product

His primary stack includes React/Next.js/Vue/Angular, TypeScript, Tailwind/CSS/Sass.

Backend & Distributed Systems

I’m a backend and distributed systems engineer working primarily with Go, Python, C#, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and Azure.

Some of my experience includes:

  • Building and shipping 30+ microservices
  • Multi-tenant platforms and IAM using OAuth2/OIDC and RBAC
  • Event-driven systems and data pipelines
  • Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and deployment pipelines
  • PostgreSQL high availability, replication, and failover
  • Azure Service Bus, Azure Postgres, Functions, Blob Storage, AKS, and Entra ID
  • Distributed systems research, including a master’s thesis on Byzantine fault-tolerant consensus implemented in Go
  • Teaching Distributed Systems and Algorithms at university level
  • Open-source contributions to backend and cloud-native projectsWe can help with:
  • Building an MVP or SaaS product from scratch
  • Designing and implementing a new web application
  • Adding features to an existing product
  • Backend or API development
  • Improving system architecture and reliability
  • Cloud migrations and Kubernetes deployments
  • UI redesigns and frontend modernization
  • Technical consulting for distributed systems

We’re open to both complete product engagements and separate frontend, design, or backend work. We work remotely and can collaborate with clients across both European and US time zones.

You don’t need to coordinate a designer, frontend developer, backend developer, and infrastructure engineer separately. Between the two of us, we can take a product from an initial idea and Figma prototype to a deployed, production-ready system. If you’re building something and think we might be a good fit, send me a DM with a short description of the project, its current stage, and your expected timeline.

U planu sam uzeti nekih 60tak do 70tak kvadrata. Lokacija mi nije toliko presudna posto sam jako mobilan, ali naravno bitna je cena :)

Bilo kako bilo - interesuje me, koje investitore totalno izbegavati? Sa kojim ste vi imali losa iskustva?

Takodje, da li su Klisa i Adice jos za izbegavanje i da li situacija na njima ide ka bolje?

Sremska Kamenica takodje dolazi u obzir.

Hvala na svakom odgovoru! 😄

Working for Infra / PaaS startup

Hello, people!

A personal post - I would love to work for an EU Infra/PaaS startup, part time or full time.

What I'm actually looking for - an EU-based startup in the Infra / PaaS space - managed databases or Kubernetes clusters, platform engineering tooling, developer infrastructure - that hires remote and where I can go deep in.

I am a backend & distributed systems engineer. Mainly worked with event-driven systems, fleet management and microservics.

Not expecting a job offer to fall out of a Reddit post, but if anyone's hiring, knows a team that is, or has been through this kind of jump themselves and has advice on what actually moved the needle for you, DM me.

Thanks in advance! :)

EDIT: Sending CV in DM, if this sounds interesting to you.

Pozdrav, znate li dobrog majstora za klimu u okolini Novog Sada, za konkretan problem sa motorima klime? Koga god sam zvao u Novom Sadu, dobijao sam odgovor da ne rade ovo.

Does Hetzner hire remote workers?

A question for u/Hetzner_OL -> do you hire people remotely?

I like to build infra stuff, just curious because I think it would be fun to work on these topics in Hetzner
