sugar, spice and everything nice🌈
ingredients:
200g rice premix flour
108g water
26g egg
2g yeast
26g butter
food coloring: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink, black
instructions:
mix everything except the butter and knead until it comes together into a rough dough. add the butter and keep kneading until the dough gets nice and stretchy. let it rest for about 20 mins. divide the dough and color it like in the reference pic. rest another 15 mins. add filling into the head pieces if you want, then shape all the characters. bake at 180°c for around 20 mins. cover with foil after about 12 mins so the colors dont get too dark.
