This is relevant to Cyberpunk 2077 because players can create and customize their own version, including appearance, lifepath etc. and how they experience the character throughout the story. I’m especially interested in how players relate to their avatar/character, and how that connection may affect feelings, choices, self-expression, or overall gameplay experience.

The survey is completely anonymous, and no personal information is collected. The responses will be used only for my Master’s thesis research.

This is relevant to WoW Roleplay because roleplaying in World of Warcraft often involves creating a character with a specific appearance, race, class, faction, backstory, personality, and identity. I’m especially interested in how players experience and relate to these characters, including how the character may connect to the player’s feelings, choices, self-expression, or roleplay experience.
