Suggest a laptop for office work like accounting, office and AI learning..

Recently i got to know about accounting softwares not being supported by ARM archtectures....would softwares like tally or busy be bringing support to ARM based laptops??

Recently my fuel gauge stopped working in my JUPITER 2018 model. When i visited tvs service center the slot wasnt able to open to replace because the screws attached on inner side of fuel tank were also rotating at the same time at time of removing old fuel gauge....

Supervisor asked me to completely replace the fuel tank with new one to get new fuel gauge installed...at a cost of ₹1500

When i asked from local mechanic, he said he could do it & told me he will remove the fuel gauge by dismantling the whole fuel tank compartment without replacing it with new one and get the job done in ₹250

SHOULD I DO AS SUPERVISOR SAYS OR GO WITH LOCAL MECHANIC??

Considering to buy a snapdragon laptop for battery efficiency and office purpose for LONG TERM...Recently heard about ARM based processors supporting limited apps:

Want to run Accounting softwares and office, should i buy it & use emulation softwares to support apps OR go with intel based processors only...

Thinking of buying snapdragon processor based laptops but Accounting softwares like Tally or Busy won't have native support on ARM architecture....what to do??

Need it for both home & business purpose
