New to candles but it feels like my candle should last longer

Not sure if I can name drop, but we have an American brand of candle company here (think ____ doodle dandy) and I tried them out and actually love them, there is a little 5€ / 37g one that I really like but it only lasts (I light it for maybe half an hour to an hour before bedtime while I am reading a book) maybe a week.
I love the smell, it lingers, but how long are they supposed to last? I get small ones at first until I'm sure I like the smell. Pumpkin spice season is on the horizon so I am shopping around a bit now

Americaine trying to become french

Hey, I am in the 91, been here for 10 years now and married to a French for more than five so I am applying for French nationality.
My translator says the french authorities won't accept birth certificates that aren't apostilled.
Has anyone ever dealt with this? Let me know your experiences please. I am in Evry and it was nearly impossible to get this rdv for early September so I am sweating a bit

Has anyone ever gotten a birth certificate from Oregon apostilled?

I have my moms birth certificate, she was born in Astoria (soo many amazing childhood memories from the GoonDocks) and the bottom looks like it has been apostilled, but I'm not sure. I need it for dual citizenship and I'm in Europe and I need it for September 1st.

It says at the bottom;
I certify that this is a true and correct copy of the original certificate on file...
and it signed by a PhD from State Registrar. I think this means that it's apostilled.

Has anyone ever gotten an apostilled birth certificate? Is this what it is? Thanks in advance

You can 1000% laugh at my bad équitation and playing a song about Connemara - Im so proud of my horse

Agricultrice in France, born in the USA but I did live for a time in Conaslee (Laois) love this song and so proud of my boy, he has never bat an eye at any of my shennaigans. He is such an incredible horse, loose rein all day and he even does vaulting

My big issue with todays emergency hearing on lealed info

Ok so judge isn't messing around, and I'm so ticked that Jackson couldn't even be heard.

But essentially what I understand (correct me if I'm wrong) is this weaponizes the plantiffs. If house parties leak info, Proctors depo may be suppressed or a judgement (in their favor?) is what judoes threatened, right?

This insentivises plantiffs to leak info since judge is indiscriminately punishing all attorneys and majorly prejudices miss Read. Am I wrong?

Does anyone have experience on French airline cards?

Im wondering if I (35F) should sign up for my first credit card, only because there are a ton of business purchases I make and then later get reimbursement for. For example, tank of gas, horse supplies and food or vet stuff, or even stuff for my kids schooling my huisband will pay me back for since my acct is designated for pretty much just groceries

The AMEX Air France cards dont even really seem worth it, considering FrenchBee has super cheap flights from an airport near me (ORLY)

Would love to hear any and all advise on this or if someone has a similar situation
