How can I send money to India if I live outside of India and don't have an Indian bank account

Basically I need to be able to send money to my therapist who doesn't have a registered business or anything. She lives in India. Transferring through a bank doesnt work because they'll make me pay extra for the transfer. Can anyone help me please

I'm not sure if this fits here. But yes I'd really appreciate it if you find a way for me to do this

Head pressure

So idk what it is. But I have had head pressure for the majority of my life. I was born prematurely, idk if that is a factor or not. But my jead feels like a jiant watermelon that is just about to burst. Sometimes it also feels like my vision "breaks" for a moment like broken glass. And sometimes the pressure gets better and sometimes worse. On some check up a doctor did also point out the pressure to me asking if I had any head traumas and I said no. Tho she didn't really diagnose me with anything bcz it was a general check up. And my head feels so heavy and I have constant headaches and it gets so much worse when I am tired or when I just woke up. Or if I sit in class for too long hearing so many things at once, I feel so terrible because the pressure feels 100× worse. I have no idea what this is or how to treat this. I need help

Unique ways to take better care of your mental health

So, recently I found out buying myself something small on a bad day significantly improves my mood. I was wondering, do any of you have any similar small and maybe unexpected ways to make your day better? I'd like to try out some suggestions

Is it depression? And if so, how to cope

Idk if this is exactly depression bcz I have a whole soup of mental illnesses affecting me on the daily. And the thing is, sometimes I feel so horrible and awful and then a few days later I realise "maybe it's not so bad". I am just coming out of those "omg my life is horrible, I don't wanna live anymore, I am giving up on being better" episodes. And I realised something, which is, when I do tiny little things that make me smile/I like then my day feels a lot better. For example, yesterday I bought myself kinder when my mom forced me to go to the store against my will, and I thought of it as some sort of "reward" or compensation, and tbh it made my all day better despite all the bad things that happened yesterday. And I was wondering, do you have any more ideas like these, like something small that'd make a day better that doesn't necessarily require me to spend money or eat,

16F and 18M

I honestly hate how teenage relationships aren't taken seriously. And tbh I get why. Most teenagers act wreckless and don't even take their own relationships seriously. But i hate how people never take even seriously relationships seriously. Like stop telling me my relationships won't last js bcz I am 16?? I have been thru stuff that not even every 30 year old has been through. I am not saying I know it all, but I am also not stupid. I really think my relationship has very great potential of being very long term (for life) and I really dont like all the discouragement. Am I the only one?

What are your best advice for LDR teens?

So me and my bf have been together for about 8-9 months now and things are overall good. We have our own ups and downs but we always work through it all.

LDR makes things a lot harder especially for teens who are dependant on their family financially and all. So my family knows about my bf. And only his older sister knows about me (who does also financially support him and has agreed to help him save up money to come meet me in a year or two).

For most adults it's probably a lot easier to manage things since they have their own job or place to stay at so like they have a lot more opportunities to spend time or for example send eachother stuff. And since teens like us are mostly dependant on our parents those things a lot harder to do especially if the parents aren't aware of the relationship.

So is there any tips or advice in general for LDR teens? I feel like most times they don't end up working out because the relationship lacks something. But what?

Need help figuring out what to do

So me and my bf are long distance and we have been together for about 8 months now. And everything has been alright. Ofc we have our own issues but we always communicate and try to work on it.

He started college on 1st July and before he started, we agreed that he won't be talking to girls unless necessary and if he does end up talking to girls, he has to mention he has a gf. And so today he texted me telling me he is anxious (during college) and I asked him what's wrong and he said he was late to class today so his seat was taken and he had to sit in a different spot. And he said he saw a dude sitting there so he went to sit but he didn't notice there were girls there too. And during class the girls asked him for help and he helped them and basically they chatted a bit normally and he said he kept boundaries and there was nothing weird. And he told me he is anxious of me being mad at him. And tbh, all the time when smth small happens I end up exploding really bad. And over time he has learnt to fear that. And basically I felt bad for him because he seemed so scared and worried and I didn't wanna scare him more, so I had to tell him it's okay but I did also tell i was uncomfortable. He told me only one of those girls know he has a gf. And yea. Idk.

I tried staying calm now. But the issue is, i am very sure once he returns home or texts me again, I am gonna explode over the tiniest thing just because i had to stay calm now. I can feel all those random feelings just boiling inside me, waiting to get out and ik I can't contain it for that long. And idk what to do. I need help.

I do feel uncomfortable with what happened but if u think abt it like a normal person, is what he did wrong?

How to control myself?

Need help with aggression

So i have a partner and I end up always being passive aggressive to him. I of course don't mean it. I dont wanna be mean. But as soon as I am triggered even a little bit, it's impossible for me to even think of calming down. I say mean stuff, I act rude and sometimes it is not even over anything that is worth being mad. For example, my bf had therapy today. He told me he will go sleep in his sister's room (take a nap) so she could wake him up in time for therapy. I was pissed abt it (no idea why) but I told him fine and that he should sleep. And basically I asked him to update me, he said he promises. And so 2 mins before therapy was supposed to start I didn't get any message so I thought maybe he overslept and I decided to call him and check, so he doesn't miss the session. I called and he picked up saying "oh yeah I woke up like a couple minutes ago, dw". Now, you guys tell me, is this a valid reason to he upset? What can I do to stop getting so triggered and so pissed over everything??

He himself has figured out a way to kinda not let these situations escalate. He like tells me he will give me space and to talk to him once I am no longer as mad or aggressive. And like then he talks to me abt it. But just like, how much longer will we keep doing this. I just want to fix my behaviour. Do you guys think I am controlling or in the wrong?

Need advice for uni applications

So I am graduating high-school in the spring of 2027. I am gonna do A-levels next academic year and this year I had my APs. I am aiming for somewhere where I can study for free or for minimal price. I am planning on studying medicine. So, I heard in Italy if you take the IMAT you can get a free education especially if your family earns bellow a certain amount. And I was thinking of applying for IMAT. Though the issue is, I am not sure if I am ready to take my A-levels or IMAT in the fall of 2026. And if I don't, I have to take a gap year or 2 gap years just to be able to get my results and apply to universities. And I just do not know what to do. Every exam costs money so it isn't like I can just take the exams several times.

Somebody please give me some advice, I am really lost

Need advice for me and my bf

So, we have been together for 6 months now. And everything has been quite good. We are also ldr, so that's something to keep in mind. I (very likely) have bpd, while my bf doesn't.

We decided we both share our sides of the story to possibly get some advice on what to do.

There are some days where one or sometimes even both of us is on vacation/not at home, so then we are not able to spend time together like we usually do. Calls are pretty much impossible, WiFi and texts are limited, and that creates some issues. If he doesn't show that he misses me as much as I expect it, then I get super upset and start being mean and dry to him. And the thing is, he does miss me, but like he doesn't exactly show it? At least not in a way that I can feel it (he will explain more abt it when he shares his side of things) and no matter how much he reassures me, no matter how much he tells me he loves me, I still feel irritated and frustrated with it all. He does update me whenever he can. Though if the reply isn't as fast as I'd like it to be, I get upset bcz I start thinking he doesn't love me and he doesn't care enough. And I do not know what to do. Also, I sometimes just keep being mean and mad over the tiniest thing, even if he hasn't done anything wrong. Idk what to do. People say I should be able to just self-soothe, but the thing is, I can't? Last time I this happened, I tried not to act on it, and it ended in me feeling shitty got 4-5 days straight, and then I exploded at him even worse.
